This is an excellent vacation cottage, roomy with a large kitchen and Muskoka room, well-equipped, great views of the lake and easy to walk down the stairs to the water. the bunkie is a fun place with its own WC. Lots of places to sit outdoors and great swimming very safe. A very good dock as well easy to get in and out. Comfortable bedrooms too though a bit on the small side. Very happy with our stay. 5 stars.

Beautiful and very well equipped property. The space suited our family perfectly.Our Host was very quick to respond to any issue we had which was appreciated.Kids loved the water toys that were available for use, especially the Lilly Pad!Lots of stairs down to the water but lots of different levels with adequate sitting areas.We enjoyed our family time even though the weather didn’t cooperate.

As a family of 3 generations with 12 of us there, it was just great. Lots of space in and out for varying activities, the design of the property to deal with the elevation showed a lot of ingenuity. Lots of water friendly accessories were also available. Only caveat was how to distribute the parking as the driveway was steep, but well maintained.

Beautiful cottage & property in a sought after location on a very clean a good size lake that gets its name by being 4 miles long! Jonathan Jessica are excellent hosts providing excellent communication, responding immediately to any questions we had. Their lake home offers an amazing kitchen with much more than can be expected like two large fridge/freezers! The living room is a good size with comfy furniture and the dining room is large. One of the highlights is the sunroom with more dining and comfortable seating! The upstairs bedroom is a nice “master” suite with a full modern bathroom including a bathtub and hand shower. The two bedrooms on the main floor, whilst typically cottage size have comfortable beds and full dressers. We didn’t need to use the bunker but it looks great; especially by having a two piece bathroom in it and actually an outdoor shower too! The set up with the tiered decks with seating on all areas leads to an excellent lakefront set up, including steps leading into the water. We appreciated the equipment supplied and made good use of the two kayaks! We were blessed with really good weather but on the few dull or rainy days put the washer & dryer to good use as well as some of the multitude of games supplied. Would /will we return? Most definitely! Many thanks to Jonathan & Jessica for opening their home to us and being so kind with the welcome basket!

Amazing summer vacation

We had an amazing time. The thoughtful details that have gone into this rental do not go unnoticed. We travelled with our adult children and there spouses as well as a few friends here and there throughout the week. Lots of sitting and lounging areas, beautiful views of the lake. The water was clear and refreshing to swim. Everything we could need was in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was spotless. Host was easy to reach prior to our arrival and the information provided in advance was all we needed for our stay. Hoping to be back next year. Kim
