The home was clean, spacious, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We loved that each room had its own TV, making it easy for everyone in our group to relax. The kitchen was roomy and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Accessibility was simple, and the location was conveniently close to the stadium. The property was very well maintained and perfect for our group. We would definitely rent it again!

Everything was great but wanted to let you know about a few things we noticed. I’m not sure we turned off the A/C. The downstairs half bath sometimes runs after flushing. The downstairs master bath tub faucet drips. We found some clothes in the upstairs bedroom side table drawer, we left them out in that room.

My sorority sisters and I absolutely loved our stay! Everything was as pictured; clean, quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials & snacks, beds were comfortable and contact with host was great! If ever we visit New Orleans again, we would definitely stay here!

Good location, quiet setting

Quiet location close to everything we did in New Orleans. Spacious house. Only downside was that property was not ready when we got there and wasn’t ready for about 3 hours after check in. Was told there was a misunderstanding in when we were scheduled to arrive and they weren’t expecting us unto the next day. Was remedied however. Overall good space and would likely stay again if back in the area.

Was fun.. could’ve been cleaner and was a little outdated for the price of the listing, but overall was nice time. The bottom bathroom didn’t work so the people staying in that bedroom had to use the other bottom floor bathroom, but other than that it was a great place.

10 minutes from WWII museum and French Quarter

The house was spacious and had everything we expected. It was close to everything we wanted to see and afforded us plenty of parking and plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The neighborhood was safe though there are some concerns about neighborhoods close by. Be cautious about your choice of grocery store and food places. My adult kids were fond of the Saints themed bathroom with the "golden" toilet seat :).

Large Place, but Stark

This is a very large place, can accommodate up to 8 people. Best for youngish adults who are gone much of the time. The main room downstairs has plenty of seating space, and there is a dining room table, but bedrooms have limited furniture. If you read in bed you're out of luck as there are only two very small lamp/lights total for 4 bedrooms. Parking is in the driveway and not behind any gates. Close to main road to reach shopping etc, and to get to the bridge, best to drive in non-peak hours.

For reading enthusiasts, we ensure that there is adequate lighting in each room, supplemented by portable night light lamps that can be utilized for nighttime reading. Regarding parking, we aim to provide flexible options for our guests. There is ample space available both in front of and behind the property's gate. The gate is left unlocked for convenience, allowing guests the option to park on the side of the house for added security if they prefer. French quarter fest

All the beds were comfortable. Living room had plenty of seating along with the dining room. AC worked although most of the time we were out. The maintenance and communication with the landlord were excellent as they had to fix a few things when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked; some decent pots and pans but the Teflon pans were bad. Some outlets were very loose and lights were burnt out. The location sold it to us though, easy access to the ferry and the French quarter.

We arrived Sunday evening at 9:30. Property was just the way the previous guests left it. Dirty towels everywhere, beds not made, etc. Contacted cleaning lady who came right over and proceeded to clean. Were not able to get in bed until about 12:30 after driving since 7:00 that morning. Don't know the reason for miscommunication was. Cleaning lady said they understood we were arriving Monday although we had a confirmation for Sunday arrival.

Communication was good; I was given a number and email for our "host" during our stay and they responded quickly. We appreciated being told we could check in early if we wanted and the clear check in instructions.Upon arrival we found the house not to be "VRBO" clean. Silverware and glasses had to be washed before use. Frying pans were in really bad shape. Maybe there were 2 knives; also not clean. Tables sticky, dirt/trash in the cupboard under the bar, poor quality towels and not even properly folded. In terms of the bedrooms and bathrooms it accomodated our 3 couple party but bathrooms (very dated and not nicely appointed) and bedrooms were very dark. Overall everything was dated and not very well kept up. I wouldn't recommend this stay nor will I stay there again.
