Downtown Crested Butte, 2 bedroom, 2 bath , 1000 sq feet, townhome. Within in a 3-block walking distance of downtown Elk Avenue loaded with restaurants and shops. Half a block from the free town bus shuttle with access to the ski mountain and Elk Avenue. Two block walk to the recreation path for cross-country skiing or just hit one of the many trails from CB. Sorry, we are unable to have pets at our property.

Property has 2 floors, you walk into the bottom, or first floor, which houses the bedrooms, washer and dryer and first bathroom. The second floor houses the living, dining, kitchen, second bathroom and deck. The property does have a loft which by Crested Butte code is not available for guests.

Our property has in-floor radiant heat and hardwood floors to the living/dining room, kitchen and downstairs hallway and bathroom.

The bedrooms have queen beds (3 total), with a memory foam mattresses and down comforters, as well as its own thermostat for heating. No air conditioning available however, fans are provided if needed.

Linens and towels provided along with access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

Also included, internet, wireless stereo system, trash/recycling (Thursday pickup), propane grill, electric fireplace, ceiling fans on 2nd floor, shampoo/conditioner and bodywash, microwave, coffee pot, French press, pour over, Bialetti, crockpot.

Early and late check out may be available for a fee paid directly to housekeeping.
