We always enjoy our stay here! The pool spa the grills the beachfront location in the units that we've stayed in have always been clean and comfy. The added bonus is Kathy! She's the best manager you could ever have! Always friendly, and courteous! She is a true gem!

Coming to this resort is like coming back to a second home with a amazing view which will instantly relax you. It unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Love that beach towels were available along with extra towels, and the washer/dryer was a plus. Kathy exceptional caring of the resort and cheerful welcoming can make anyone feel at home and is very helpful in anything you might need. We loved staying here again and will certainly be back soon.

Gulf Resort is always clean comfortable and well maintained . One reason w go is because of Kathy. She is very friendly, called us when we were late to explain how to get access. She just also right on top of EVERYTHING. She makes the place better

Excellent experience! Kathy (spelled correctly?) is so awesome! She's so welcoming and is so responsive to questions. We also appreciate her care of Beach Kitty and Sandy. The room and grounds are so well kept. It always smelled so clean in the hallways and the walkways (inside and outside) were always swept. Never sand anywhere!! This was our second stay and we will ALWAYS choose to stay here.
