Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was nice, but has MANY restrictions and you have to sign a short term lease agreement and register everyone who might visit you during your stay. I have not had to do this before in 30 years of using vacation rentals!!The "rules" were very strict.... I am old.... I don't need much..... but I felt very imposed upon by the situation. You don't get checkin information until 15 minutes prior to checkin.... then I was basically unable to get any of the information because I am not that tech savy. Could not get any response by phone or text to get help.....
