Follow the private boardwalk through the backyard to a secluded beach access path, where Culburra Beach's natural beauty will take your breath away. This pet-friendly beach invites you and your four-legged friends to explore the shoreline, with off-leash hours varying seasonally.

For beach days, the shed is stocked with all the essentials, including boogie boards and beach shelters. After a dip in the ocean, rinse off in the heated outdoor shower and jump in the hot tub to relax and watch the clouds pass by under the banksia tree.

Every room and living space opens to either a balcony, deck, or porch, where you can bask in the fresh sea breeze and coastal views. Open the bi-fold doors and louvered windows to let in the soothing sounds of the ocean, creating an ambiance that flows seamlessly between indoor and outdoor living.

Spacious Living for All:

Downstairs, two spacious living areas, separated by the kitchen, provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. These versatile spaces offer comfort for both adults and children, ensuring everyone has their own area to unwind.

Mealtimes are effortless with the well-equipped kitchen and alfresco BBQ area. The kitchen features a gas stovetop, electric oven, Nespresso coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and serve a feast. Bifold doors seamlessly connect the kitchen to the alfresco area, creating a spacious indoor-outdoor flow, with two dining tables providing ample seating for everyone to gather comfortably.
Or alternatively, you can book the courtesy bus to the Culburra Club for a casual dinner out.

Upstairs, three bedrooms contain nine beds.

The spacious master suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a separate toilet, a wall of louvered windows with a bench seat underneath, and balcony that offers expansive views of the ocean. A dedicated office space ensures a quiet corner for those needing to work while away.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are thoughtfully designed with family comfort in mind. Each room features two custom-built king single loft beds, connected by a staircase with safety rails for peace of mind. There are two queen beds underneath the loft beds in each bedroom. Wall-to-wall shelving ensures belongings stay organised and the rooms remain clutter-free. Each bed includes built-in bedside lamps and USB ports for convenient charging.

Pet-Friendly Considerations:

While we welcome pets, please note that determined dogs may dig under the back fence. There is a pet barrier located under the stairs for your use to contain your furry friends to the ground level, as we kindly ask that you keep them downstairs and off the furniture.
