Stay in a beautiful and quiet self-contained house absolute beachfront of Culburra. Enjoy the superb entertainer's house with gorgeous beach views from the kitchen dining and living areas, and garden. Culburra Beach house is also dog-friendly which makes this a perfect beach house accommodation.

5 Bedrooms on absolute Beachfront which sleeps 14 people.

Great layout suitable for multifamily stays with adults rooms off to sides of the house and bunk rooms off the middle of the house with views from open plan kitchen/living /dining areas.

This is purely a holiday rental and no one shares the house with you, when you book you are booking the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

Culburra Beach is a great sleepy seaside town and fishing village with surf beach and access to 2 great lakes, headland and lighthouse.

Only 3 hours from Sydney and located 15 min east of Nowra, Culburra is the perfect destination for a family accommodation or a weekend away. The luxury villa when hired comprises of water on all sides, it's a popular surfing, fishing, kayaking spot and also known for its excellent oysters. This group accommodation in Culburra is a small seaside town and a popular holiday, fishing and surfing location. Local industries include oysters, shrimp, and prawns.

It has two surf beaches, Culburra Beach and Warren Beach. The town is flanked by the Crookhaven River to the north and west, and Lake Wollumboola to the south. It is home to the Culburra Dolphins Rugby League team and the Culburra Cougars soccer team.The town also boasts the two closest surf beaches to Nowra and is home to the Culburra Beach and Nowra Surf Club whose a clubhouse is located at the northern end of Warrain Beach.

The beaches are patrolled during the summer holiday period, and being located on either side of Penguin Head face in different directions, providing a variety of surf conditions for board riders, swimmers, body surfers and families with young children. A wide variety of fish species is caught on these beaches and from the rocky headlands adjacent to them.

We encourage family stays or quiet groups of friends as we are very conscious of noise and disturbance to our neighbours. Strictly no parties or music past 9 pm.

To keep the rates low linen is an optional extra allowing you to take your own to save that part of the cleaning cost. If you would like linen supplied then the extra cost; includes sheets, towels and pillowcases and the beds will be made up for you.

Our favourite house

We just love this place - we've been back a couple of times and will be booking in again. The beach access and lawn are the highlights and the kitchen and living room are great too. Fireplace for cooler nights is a bonus

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our weekend at Culburra Beach House. The weather was fantastic, and the house catered for all 12 of us beautifully. The location is unbeatable. Will definitely book again. Little things were thought of like Ipod connection, teatowels, 2 fridges, TV in the kids rooms, outdoor shower and a dishwasher that all go towards a relaxing comfortable stay.

A fabulous beach house !

Everything was perfect. The home was exceptionally clean and a great floor plan. No matter where you were in the living/dining/ kitchen space you could see the ocean. The yard is drenched in Sunlight for a few hours in the mornings and we sat there most mornings in a little shaded area on the grass just looking down the beach. Beach access is easy and it’s the most wonderful beach to walk on.It really is a beautiful spot .

Every bit as good as it looks!

We will be coming back! It was just me, my partner and our dog. It was everything and more. We cannot fault the property, the communication with the owner or our stay! The view and the serenity was exactly what we were after. The access to the beach was easy and direct but you could also be forgiven for louning around on the deck in the backyard, everything is so close, you dont feel like youre missing out at all.

A very nice, clean and spacious home

My group really enjoyed the large living spaces the home had which allowed people to hang out in smaller groups in different areas. The backyard area is great and connected to the beach. Overall a very homey and enjoyable accomodation!

Simply magnificent location

If you enjoy watching whales and dolphins frolicking right in front of your back porch, then this is the place to be. Lovely liveable home, private location, direct access to the beach from the backyard, very well stocked with utensils and everything you could need for short or long stays.

Loved the location right on the beach yet with a dash of privacy via your own personal short bush track to the beach. The front and back yards are secure so we had no problems at all with our dogs and boy did they love the beach. We'll stay there again in a heart beat.

Jennys Retreat at Culburra was just amazing. The view was stunningly beautiful, especially at sunrise & the house itself was wonderfully inviting & provided everything we could possibly need. Jenny was great to deal with, very attentative. We loved walking out the back gate onto the beach with our dog. The rear deck was used heavily morning and evening to sit and watch the surf (and dolphins) with a coffee/wine. House is comfortable and tidy. Its large and would suit a much larger group than just the "three" of us. We made use of the fireplace on the rainy days. Location is quiet....just what we ordered. Would recommend this place for a relaxing holiday at the beach. Thanks!

Beautiful location, needs a few repairs

Beautiful location & enjoyed our stay. Positives - Great location, fully fenced for my fur baby, very well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds & loads of games, puzzles & books just in case you get sick of looking at the amazing view, which we didn't. Negatives - needs a few repairs which I believe the new owners are working on, window in the sitting room doesn't stay open, locks on screen doors do not work (it would be nice to leave doors open at night when you sleep to let the fresh air in) also the verandah needs to be replaced, few boards a bit soft & nails sticking out. Comfy outdoor sitting would be a plus as well as Instructions on how to use tv for us "non tech savvy" people. Even with the above negatives I would recommend a vist to Culburra beach house & would book again if we ever come to Culburra Beach again.
