To enter the resort, every short term guest must go through the main guards, the automatic gates are for owners and the short term renters do not have access to that. The guards are present to assist you 24/7. Hope to host you again next time.

Regarding towels and washcloths, we do note in the rental agreement that the home is prepared with linens and bath towels for the maximum number of guests allowed in the home. Pool towels and washcloths are not provided, so we always recommend bringing those along if needed. We appreciate you sharing this, as it’s helpful for future guests. Hello Crisitiana, Your checkin was on 26th, door code was sent to you on the 24th - 2 days before as we promise. I am sorry that you did not receive it in time and had to ask again. Gate passes were also emailed to you as soon as you asked. I am glad you liked the property, the management company is in fact very good and have always been rated as number one in the area, sorry that you had a bit of bitter experience, but I would not want you to hold that against coming back to this home.

Thank you for your feedback, though we’re very disappointed to hear how you’ve described your experience — especially when many of the claims made are inaccurate. To clarify: The markings on the walls are minor and consistent with normal wear and tear in a vacation rental. There was absolutely no evidence of any unsanitary bedding — we have time-stamped photos of the home just before your check-in that confirm everything was clean and properly prepared. The air filter is replaced regularly every two months — well ahead of the manufacturer’s three-month recommendation — and was changed prior to your arrival. Regarding supplies, we clearly state in the rental agreement that a starter set is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. At no point do we expect guests to replace these items upon departure. That claim is simply untrue. We regret the delay in sending our team back out, and while they did return to address your concerns, we wish you'd found that effort more satisfactory. We take guest comfort and cleanliness very seriously and stand by the quality and care put into preparing our home. While we understand not every experience is perfect, this review does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or the service we strive to provide.
