We just got back from 8 days at this gorgeous property. It’s located in an area where we literally didn’t hear or see anyone else around the entire time. The jetty and lack and perfect so bring your kayak or paddleboards and explore. The two properties are exactly as pictured, we took one and the kids took the other at night giving them some space. Cottages have all you need to cook if you want to eat in and the host provided some lovely touches on arrival which were appreciated and unexpected. Host responds in seconds and helped us with tips of where to eat out. The A-frames don’t have AC and we visited in a week of 32 degrees and it wasn’t a problem for us as they as well shaded and the owner has put fans in them. Overall if you want to relax and enjoy the NS south shore this is a great base and we really enjoyed our stay

We love hosting because we want other people to enjoy our province!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the neighborhood as soon as we saw the land, it is quiet and serene but close enough to Halifax and other towns, so it could make the perfect weekend getaway.
