Todos los días es maravilloso en Hilton Head Island, el clima es normalmente fantástico. Además de la mejor playa, hay kilómetros de senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta, deliciosa comida en los numerosos restaurantes. Después de un día de andar en bicicleta, ir de compras o explorar, disfrute de la comodidad de la Villa y de la gran piscina cubierta climatizada y spa. Mucho espacio para la familia en esta villa de 1270 pies cuadrados que cuenta con dos camas queen, un sofá cama y una cama Murphy de tamaño completo en el estudio / 3er dormitorio.

Alojamiento: Aurora Villa se encuentra en el 4to piso de Ocean Walk. A medida que asciende, puede disfrutar de la impresionante vista de la piscina cubierta a través del elevador con ventanas de vidrio. Hay dos suites de dormitorios principales con baños completos, la segunda suite comparte un baño con la tercera sala / dormitorio. La Villa también cuenta con una gran sala de estar y comedor con cocina totalmente equipada. Para su mayor conveniencia y comodidad, se proporcionan una lavadora y secadora, y una cama Murphy está disponible en la oficina / estudio. Todos los muebles son lujosos hasta el nuevo sofá cama y pintura en las paredes. Aurora Villa duerme fácilmente seis cómodamente. No puede encontrar una mejor ubicación o un lugar más exquisito para pasar sus vacaciones.

We have stayed here before. We like the location and the layout of the unit. The owners are always super responsive. They were working on updating the indoor pool and hot tub which was disappointing … we were notified ahead of time. The outdoor pool was updated, as well as the patio, and it looks great. Unfortunately, the pool was not as clean as it had been in The last 10 years! Nice relaxation.

Not even at 24 hour stay

Tropical storm headed our way as soon we arrived & turned into a cat 1. We arrived on the Saturday & left on the Sunday as it was headed straight for us. (& stayed over Hilton Head for 3 days)! Did message the Host but he didn’t message back, very weird & disappointing to receive nothing!

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed our vacation, and loved Dwight and Debbie’s condo. When we arrived the room smelled so clean, and everything was so neat and tidy. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, and very spacious! We have 1 year old twin boys and we were able to set up there play yard in the room with the Murphy bed (which is close to the kitchen) during the day for their play time, which gave them a safe place to play while we could do what we needed to. Also there is a bathroom and another bedroom on that side, so we were able to stay on that whole side and not disturb some of our family at night that stayed in the extra bedroom on other side of the condo. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, and the beach wagon was an added bonus! We look forward to staying again on our next trip.

Awesome place

Such a great place to stay. Perfect for our families. We have stayed here before and enjoy the two balconies and privacy. Different sleeping areas make for a perfect nest for everyone. We live this location because it’s so close to the beach and Coligny. We like to ride the bike paths and explore. This place has everything you need.

Perfect place for families with kiddos!!!

Our stay was awesome! Mr. Mongolds welcome packet was so thorough which helped us throughout our stay! All the amenities made for a stress free, relaxing stay. Short walk to the beach (about 10mins from the room). Very close to all the things!! Tons to do or just a great place to hang out at the pool. Our family would love to visit again!!

Outstanding Condo

We had a very enjoyable four-day stay at this extremely clean, well-equipped condo. The owners thought of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The checkin and checkout process was very clear and easy to follow. We highly recommend this condo for a pleasant stay in Hilton Head!

Amazing stay

This condo is perfect. Kids slept in one side and adults in the other. Plenty of room. Very comfortable furniture. Great location and not a bad walk at all to the beach and cologne plaza. Would for sure stay here again!!

Golf Weekend

We loved this villa. It's in a great location, very quick walk to beach. The villa is very roomy and extremely clean. Very nicely updated. The building it's located in is very clean, has a great indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as outdoor pool. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The week before our stay we received a packet with every bit of information we would need, checking in and out was extremely easy. We would highly recommend this if you are in the area and would definitely book again if we make it back to Hilton Head.

Great Room with Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was as advertised and very clean. Location was great with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Check in process was easy and straight forward. Great communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo!

We visited Hilton Head for the Wine and Food Festival in March and stayed for 4 nights. It was PERFECT for two couples. The layout was wonderful and the living area and kitchen were very nice and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for us and in a great location!

Fantastic condo

The condo was amazing. It was a short walk from the beach. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything, it was nice to cook dinner there a couple nights. The owners are responsive. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Surveillance not Security

The apartment was beautiful and we enjoyed the 2 separate areas. I was having a good vacation with my kids and mom until I got notice that I had apparently violated the owners rules. Just so everyone is aware the owner has a surveillance camera not a security camera above the front door to watch your every move. It didn’t bother me at first because I wasn’t doing anything wrong. The owner accused me of bringing an animal into his condo. He requested that I pay for the supposed violation. I was never contacted to be asked anything. I of course contacted VRBO and the issue was handled. The owner admitted that he was wrong and in fact there was no animal brought in but a brown bag that looked like a dog crate. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt but this owner used his “security camera” as surveillance and wrongly accused me of something that never happened. HHI is beautiful and the apartments are great. I would just never stay here again because I don’t need to be under surveillance.

Great property

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Balcony space was comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you could need. The property was spotless and check-in flawless. Washer and dryer in unit was such a bonus. Location was excellent for walking to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. The location in the Coligny Beach area was great - short walk or car ride to all activities on our list. The unit was clean and well appointed. My only note is that the bed in the bedroom located in the main part of the unit is unusually high - had a hard time getting into bed. A step stool would have been great.

Fun mid-winter long weekend

Property was very nice. Indoor pool and hot tub were great as we were there in Feb, and had some chilly days. Location was very close to everything Coligny had to offer. Would definitely stay again.

We visited Hilton Head Island for the first time 10 years ago with our family, we stayed at this location and became fortunate enough to be able to purchase it from the previous owners, Mitch and Betty Ratliff. We have maintained the property as a friendly family villa just as the Ratliff's did.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The opportunity presented itself and we feel in love with Hilton Head. We enjoy the climate, the ocean water, and the beautiful walking and biking trails. Even thought technically this is considered a two bedroom villa, this 1270 sf has a large den/game room that has a full size Murphy bed which actually makes it a third bedroom

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Aurora Villa is unique with it's large indoor heated swimming pool and spa to enjoy all year long. This is first only to our ability to walk the short one block to the most beautiful beach on the Island. There is something for all seasons, more than 50 miles of biking is only steps from the building. You can even ride bikes on the beach. The ocean stays warm to late fall. Sometimes we even see children in November. Christmas time in Hilton Head is spectacular with all the palm trees and entrance ways decorated for Christmas.
