El dormitorio principal tiene cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas; ¡3 gemelos y una cama de tamaño completo, perfecta para los niños! El loft tiene 2 camas queen size. We had a wonderful experience at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and updated. So much thought put into the details to make us feel comfortable. Loved the living space and porch!! Nice view of the pond and very close walk to the beach. Owners checked in to make sure we were enjoying our time or if we needed anything. Would 100% stay here again!

Fantastic stay at Sea Colony

We had such a wonderful stay at this clean, spacious home. The deck is lovely with view of the pond. The beds were comfortable. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and functional. Location is great- easy walk to multiple pools, the shops, and the beach! Plus the tram stop is very convenient, Thank you for a great stay!

Great Family Stay

Unit was very clean and recently updated with new appliances. Very nice place and location. Being situated at the end of the row on the second floor provided fantastic views. We were very comfortable and had a great stay. Would stay again!

Great Spot

We had a great week staying at this location. The condo was very clean and had ample space for our family of four. Plenty of kitchen supplies to use when wanting to cook in. Fantastic area. Short tram ride over to the beach. Several pools located in short walking distance. Great family spot to enjoy the beach! Some much to do.

Sand, Fun & Relaxation

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The home is absolutely beautiful -- such wonderful touches throughout out. The deck/balcony was our favorite spot to relax in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed watching the turtle in the pond. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in a great location

The condo was stunning, beautifully decorated and cosy. It has everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. It’s just a short drive up to the Bethany beach boardwalk, and practically opposite the sea colony tennis facilities, with a pool in the nearby vicinity. Overall we loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation

Our stay was great. The owner is wonderful, provides detailed instructions, and is very responsive to communication. The home is lovely. Having the bedding provided is an extra plus. The kitchen amenities are far beyond what we had hoped...they have everything. Having stayed at Sea Colony 5 or 6 times now, we can say that this is an exceptional place. The only criticism would be that only the yellow bus services this side of the community so there are fewer opportunities to be picked up or dropped off and sometimes the wait was very long. This is not under the control of the home owner though and is really just meant as a "heads up" for those staying. It would not stop us from renting again.

Great Location

The condo has everything you need for the week. There are even beach chairs and umbrellas in a closet. Just bring towels and sunblock! The porch was awesome! The decorations are cute and the view of the pond is great. We chose to drive to the beach & use the overflow parking - but the walk isn’t bad at all. I’ve stayed at Sea Colony in many rentals, this was probably my favorite. The king size bed is very comfy, the master bath’s shower has a rain shower head - the decor in general is very nice. I loved that the fridge had a water and ice dispenser - that was a rare treat for filling water bottles for the beach.

A Five Star Experience

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The manager was incredibly responsive and informative in the months leading up to our stay, as well as during our stay. Sea Colony has wonderful beaches and pools and is in an ideal location. We hope to go back again.

Great Sea Colony stay

This was a convenient location at Sea Colony for our family- a few blocks from the market, pool, and playground/activity center. Our big kids brought their bikes so we were easily able to get to the beach and park by the house. There was a pack n play available at the house which meant one less thing to pack. The house was clean and updated nicely compared to other Sea Colony stats we have had. Kids loved the bunk beds and toys available. Primary bedroom mattress is soft and could possibly use an update, but otherwise everything was PERFECT.

Well stocked and homey with a convenient location

Everything was fantastic. The home was very well stocked (including toys!) and super homey. Any question or concern we had was answered instantly and resolved very quickly. Staying in Sea Colony for the first time, we were worried about getting to the beach and how things worked. With two trolley stops close by, a pool in walking distance (11others to choose from as well), and all of the very helpful Sea Colony professionals, it was great. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Very nice stay. Side note-In the listing it does look like there are four sets of bunk beds, just be aware there are only two sets of bunk beds. This was no issue for us as we only had my husband and two boys, but just as a heads up for future renters.

Great Sea Colony condo

The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our party of five. We also love the location (lake facing within easy walking distance of the shops, pool and tram stop). The unit was exactly as described and Grizel was a wonderful host. I also agree with another reviewer in that a highlight of our stay was watching the swan in the lake while eating breakfast.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four stayed in Sea Colony at this property in late July 2021. We had a wonderful time. It was our first trip to Bethany Beach as well as staying at Sea Colony so I had a lot of questions. Gritzel was incredibly helpful and fast every time I reached out to her for help. We had plenty of space, and the location was ideal for our access to the resort's amenities and the beach. We hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice, updated condo in a lovely spot, with the 2nd-floor deck overlooking the lake. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor issues that arose. Convenient location. Two thumbs up.

Great location

We absolutely loved this house, it was very nicely decorated and we had a gorgeous view of the pond with the pretty swan! It is only 10-15 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend it. One suggestion I have is to have a keyless entry, it would make it super easy to go in and out with multiple parties.

Great place

We have stayed in other similar units in Sea Colony and this was definitely the best. It was a little more expensive than the others, but worth it. We would definitely return.

My husband and I have been married for 40 years. We have two beautiful daughters, two awesome son in-laws and the 3 best grandkids ever! We are originally from New York but moved to Kent county Delaware in 2003. We travel as much as we can throughout the year but love that we have this wonderful oasis to come back to.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with Bethany Beach back in 2002 when we first vacationed here. It was our dream to be able to purchase a home here where we could create many family memories for years to come. This property spoke to us when we first saw it. It accommodated the family that we had then and the family that we have today. We purchased this property in 2015, a few years after we became fist time grandparents. We wanted a place where the family could come together and create wonderful memories. We are thrilled that we have been able make that dream a reality.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view of the pond is what drew us to it. The calming sound of the water and the ducks playing just sold us. It is quiet, tranquil and peaceful. My husband and I will enjoy a nice bottle of wine or just sit and read on the deck. Throughout the years we have made some changes to be able to call it home. It is definitely our happy place and we hope it will become yours as well.
