Este condominio en la planta baja está a pocos pasos de la piscina al aire libre, spa, nuestro nuevo parque infantil y la piscina de vadeo. Usted puede sentarse en el patio espacioso y disfrutar de la vista del patio bellamente ajardinado. Está a un corto paseo de la pasarela de la playa donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de la belleza del Océano Atlántico. Este condominio de tres dormitorios tiene una cocina recién remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. También hay una lavadora de pila y secadora en el área de lavandería fuera de la cocina.

Family acation / Nephews Graduation

Vacation

The unit we rented was very nice and convenient. On the upside it was well equipped and had one of the nicest functioning sliding glass doors I’ve ever used. On the downside the TV in the family room was difficult to use. I would not usually watch TV at he beach but its football season and there were games I wanted to watch. The TV came on with a partial screen and a 00 definition picture. One could eventually get high definition and a full screen after going through numerous steps and most of the function keys on the remote control did not work. This is the reason I gave a general 4 stars instead of 5.

Wonderful Family Stay

It was the perfect distance from the beach, quick access to the playground and pool, and short distance from fun activities in town. Staying on the ground floor was amazing with kids. The condo is in a perfect location! The condo itself needed a little more cleaning (a bit dusty). All ceiling fans were either messed up or did not work. There is no Keurig (just a coffee maker) and no blankets for getting comfortable on the couch. All entertainment (games and movies) were old and not updated. Overall, we LOVED our stay. It is a kid friendly complex with fun entertainment outside in the green space. Overall, we had a wonderful time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are here for three months. The first month has been trying in that the toilet in the master bath did not work and it took 5 days to get it replaced. In the meantime, we were hauling pitchers of water to flush the toilet. In addition, there were slats in the window blinds missing in the living room and both guest bedrooms, there were live bugs present and the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser do not work. The best part of our condo stay is the beautiful location and the efficient office staff, especially Keith, the maintenance man. He was always here within minutes of our calls to the office for help.

Dirty Unit in a Great community

The unit was disgusting upon arrival. Kids instantly had black stained socks after running through the place. Dust everywhere, broken blinds. Both toilets were broken in the unit so we had to use the public restrooms. Check in is at 4 but he office staff leave at five so inspect the unit quickly. Messaged the owner but had to wait until 9am the next day when staff arrived to speak with anyone to have it cleaned/repaired. The “third bedroom” is a closet that has stained mattresses on top of plywood storage cabinets. Be aware because there is no where to open a suitcase or store clothing in this room. The kitchen is small and I mean 2 people can’t be in there at the same time small. Huge dining table in a small space makes it impossible to actually use it for dining. You can’t get past anyone already seated. The washer/dryer is small and has a lot of rust. The one shining star is the property itself. Amazing facility with a pool and onsite playground for the kids. Walkway to the beautiful beaches is easy to access.

Excellent location, but needs updates

The back porch backs up to a large open grassy area for kids to run, sits right next to the playground and pool and short walk to the boardwalk to the beach. They also had food trucks there for most meals which was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, this particular unit was very outdated. The condo had a very musty smell to it, including the living furniture. The hallway toilet would not flush, and when we notified the management company on Saturday, they told us it would not be fixed until 4 days later, so our entire time there everyone had to share the master bath toilet.

2106. Ground floor unit near pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental was very nice. I have stayed in this unit before. My only issue with this unit is the beds. They are horrible the worst mattress ever. The unit was clean upon arrival and the location right near the pool is perfect. They did however shut the pool down at 9 pm every night. It use to be 10 pm. Quiet time is at 11 pm so I’m not sure why they shut the pool down early every night. I have 4 teenagers who look forward to the late night swimming. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay

It's not fancy, but it had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the resort was very well maintained. This condo was located perfectly for a family. Easy convenient access to the pool, toys and beach. Kitchen is very small, but it's vacation so who's cooking? Condo has been updated. The beach is fabulous! The only thing that would make it better is if we could bring our pets.

Location of the unit is fabulous for a family with children where they could just step out to the pool and playground within a few feet. I also rented a beach set up through Drifters by the CRC website and that was a bonus. The only con for the unit is the bed in the master. It makes horrible noise when getting in and out or shifting weight. Other than that, the unit was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. Would rent this place not again.

To start with four days before leaving for vacation we were informed by email that we would have to supply our own trash bags and paper products. There were only enough towels for one for each guest and no beach towels. There was no dish soap and only one dish towel and dish cloth. The unit smelled extremely old and musty. Next, the two toilets were a mess. One toilet often would not fill back up with water. We had to constantly adjust it in the tank. The second toilet got clogged on Saturday morning and there was no response from management until mid-morning on Monday. Lastly, towards the end of our week stay we returned one night to a horrible smell. We thought the toilets had backed up but they were fine. Eventually we discovered the source of the smell which was a bowl full of black water under the master bedroom bathroom sink. We definitely will never stay at this property again.
