Our lovely unit accommodates up to 5 persons, in one bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full size sofa bed and an individual sofa bed in the living room both bedroom and living room with TV, Cable, Wifi and AC, and 2 complete bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, 6 stove, solid wood cabinets, cookware and serve-ware for your convenience. Apartment is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave Oven, Blender, Toast, Sandwich Grill, Dish Washer, Coffee Maker, Can Opener, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Iron, Dryer and Hair Dryer. In the unit terrace there is a Barbecue Grill and a Hammock for your private enjoyment and there is also a parking space available in case you need it.

Common area in the rooftop includes infinity pool, jacuzzi, bbq outdoor grill, gym, lounge spaces and sundeck in which you can relax and enjoy the view to Sierra Madre mountains and its lush jungle, Bandera Bay and Puerto Vallarta Down Town overlooking specifically the entire Emiliano Zapata Neighborhood.
Puerto Vallarta has stunning sunsets that you deserve to enjoy in our rooftop making this condo the perfect relaxing getaway location.
There is water purification system for the whole condo providing excellent potable drinking water that also gives a softer feels on the skin.
There is 24 hours security guard, security cameras and controlled access to the building.
If you would like cleaning service during your stay please ask property manager for availability, cost range goes from USD20 to USD30.

While there is plenty of affordable public transportation at your fingertips everything is within an easy stroll. Taxis, Uber and Buses are available. Also if bringing your car or renting one there is a parking space for you to use it during your stay (better for smaller cars)
