Este dúplex ha sido completamente renovado de piso a techo. Cada unidad tiene entradas totalmente separadas (unidad de arriba y de abajo). Ambas unidades tienen 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, por lo que tendrá 6 habitaciones en total. Hay un garaje / garaje para 2 autos: 2 juegos de lavadoras / secadoras y todo el equipo de playa que necesitará, incluidos 8 cruceros de playa y 3 bicicletas para niños para dar un paseo por el paseo marítimo. La unidad de arriba tiene un patio más grande con cubierta y banco integrados, barbacoa y mucho espacio para colgar las toallas. El patio de la planta baja es un poco más pequeño, pero también tiene un banco y una barbacoa. El dormitorio principal de la planta baja tiene baño privado y lavadora / secadora. La propiedad está a solo unos pasos de la playa (no hay vistas de la playa desde el interior de la casa, pero si sales, puedes ver la arena y el océano). Esta es una excelente ubicación, cerca de todo en bicicleta o caminando, pero no demasiado cerca del caos de los muelles.

Great home, excellent location, plenty of beach toys, well maintained bikes for sunset bike rides on the beach walk, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was a perfect vacation. Will book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were together with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations were very comfortable with each room having it's own air conditioning unit.The kitchens were well stocked. We also enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, chairs for the beach and beach toys! The location was great being only a few minutes walk from the beach. I am sure we will be back!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was close to the beach which is a must for us. It was clean and had everything we could have needed. We love staying at homes that think of the extras: beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, etc. Great communication from the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

This was a perfect location for a larger group stay! Our group really enjoyed this home in Newport Beach for our experiential learning high school student's project week! The home was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities we needed! The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating to our large group!! Would definitely come back again!!

Great Location, good for two families

The proximity to the beach was great. It’s an easy walk for little kids. The beach is very clean and far enough away from the pier to be quiet. The playground is directly across the street. The house was clean, well outfitted, and comfortable. We would definitely come again.

The units are beautiful equipped with everything you need. We very much enjoyed having bikes, boogie boards and beach toys. The kids were thrilled to find all the books and games. Easy walk to the beach.

Loved it!

We were looking for a place where we could be by the beach and near Disneyland. This was a perfect location! Lisa was very responsive to all questions. We can't say enough about how great it was to have bicycles, wet suits, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. available. This was a driving factor in our decision making and it was perfect for our group. Loved it!

Second time here. We love it!

This property has everything you need. No need to bring anything. Every room is comfortable with its own TV and A/C unit. Umbrellas, chairs, bikes, beach towels, washer and dryer. The best part of course is the closeness to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood has a quiet policy from 9 pm to 8 am which makes for a peaceful, quiet stay as well. I recommend this place highly!

Fabulous place to stay!!

We could not have been happier staying here. We rented both units and it was perfect. It looked newly remodeled, was very clean, fully stocked with all the things! Soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent for dishes and laundry, a plethora of beach towels, all things fun for the beach, bikes, surf boards, wet suits, beach chairs, etc!..and located just a very short walk to the beach. Our group had a blast!! Thanks for putting so much work into making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend!!

Perfect property with LOTS of amenities

We travel quite a bit and stay in rentals and hotels and this is one of the best well-stocked places we have ever been to. It made packing and prepping for the trip SO easy. It's about a block from the beach - meaning we all felt comfortable sending our kids by themselves (ages 10 to 16). Instructions were clear and comprehensive. Great communication with owner. If we plan another beach trip for our family, we would choose this place again!

Wonderful beach house

We've stayed at many beach houses in Newport over the years and this by far was the best. It was equipped wuth everything you need for a relaxing stay including bikes, wet suits, boogie boards and even a beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. It has ac and ceiling fans which was a big plus. Lisa was amazing with her patience and quick response to all my questions and needs. This is a big step above previous rentals we've stayed at. Location was awesome. Five stars for this gem.

Wonderful property with all the amenities and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's property. Everything was as advertised. Both the upstairs and downstairs are well decorated, comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed watching movies at night after a fun day at the beach. The air conditioning was a very nice treat, something we haven't had in 20 years of vacationing in Newport. The outdoor patio on the second level was fun to play games and cards at night. Everything was clean, plenty of beach towels and the bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc made it easy to fly in and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Lisa was excellent to work with and very accommodating.

Relaxing; Refreshing; Rejuvenating!!! Home Away From Home With All The Amenities!!

We came to Newport Beach for a relaxing family reunion. We had 9 adults, 2 kids, 2 toddlers, and a baby! Everything that you need or want was here at the beach house!! There are books, games, beach toys galore!! Wet suits in every size along with surfboards, boogie boards , bikes (with every size of helmets), corn hole, beach chairs.... so many amenities!!!! We didn’t want to ever leave! Lisa Li is amazing and kind and hasn’t forgotten any details with her lovely beach house! We hope to make this a new tradition with out family!!

Just as described!

All 16 of us girls slept comfortably! B unit was nice that both bathrooms were down the hall and not connected to a bedroom. There was a washer and dryer in the master in the A unit, but also in the locked garage area. While we didn't use them, the house had sooo much stuff for the beach. This house would be great for a family reunion or two families wanting to travel together.

Great place to stay.

Wonderful location. Less than a minute walk to the sand. A nice leisurely 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the Newport pier. The units are great. A/C and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Units come with lots of beach toys and beach equipment...bikes, chairs, boards and wet suits. I can't say enough about Lisa Li. She made the whole experience a joy. Check in and check out, flawless. She wants her tenants to enjoy their stay and have a great time in her properties. Thanks Lisa.

Amazing all-around experience

We booked both units to host 16 family members for the Thanksgiving holiday and to celebrate our wedding. We created countless memories over the course of our stay, in large part because of where we chose to stay. My list of compliments is lengthy, including the location just steps from the sand, the amenities, cleanliness, check in and check out process, the prompt responses from Lisa to our questions, the open spaces inside and on the deck for hanging out, bonding and entertaining, etc. etc. For our crew, the bikes were the best part. Kids used them during the day and adults used them to break away for a beverage at night. I’ve already told Lisa we plan to book again. Bottom line is you will not be disappointed if you book 121 37th Street!

Amazing house and host!

From the beginning Lisa did literally EVERYTHING she could to help accomodate our early arrival so we didnt have to haul our bags around town until check in. She was there when we arrived and gave us a tour to make sure we knew where everything was, and to go over the do's and donts. At the end of the trip, she again, let us keep one of the duplex's later than the check out. This isnt always typical for the owner of the house to be this involved to make sure we have everything we need. Not to mention the house was SUPER cute and had everything we would possibly need for the weekend. Beach chairs, wet suits, surf boards, boogie boards, etc.

It’s a Gem!

14 of my family members stayed at this beach house. This place had everything you need and more. Great location. Safe and clean neighborhood. High quality beds. A garage spot for two cars which was great! We played at beach. Tons of chairs and supplies to haul down to the beach. Plus all the beach towels are provided. It really helped to not have to pack all these sort of things. Plus, my kids were able to try out surfing for the first time. We utilized the bikes in the garage a lot too. A favorite discovery was the donut shop walking distance away that was open 24-7. Amazing pastries! I will add that the owners are quick to respond, very clear with their expectations, and are super accommodating if needed. I would work with them again, hands down! We are a clean, fun group who valued this quality place to enjoy at the end of September.

My husband and I purchased the property in 2014 and fully renovated from top to bottom. 37th Street was our favorite spot for surf and relaxation and when this house came up for sale we couldn't pass it up. We've really enjoyed this business. We've met so many wonderful people and the best part is that everyone is in a good mood when they go on vacation! We get to see everyone at their best. We live 10 minutes away so we can easily manage the property and we've learned that the best way to run this business is to be completely hands on. We have the most amazing cleaning crews, we check everyone in ourselves and its proven to be a great business model. We hope you will have the chance to enjoy the house!

37th Street is the perfect location...the boardwalk starts on 36th so you can ride bikes all up and down the beach. We like being slightly removed from the more touristy sections of town by the piers due to the noise and traffic. 37th is perfectly located close enough but just far enough. There is also a great park across the street with basketball and swings and playground for the littles. The waves at 37th have always been a favorite among the locals.

One of the unique benefits of our properties is that we include just about anything you will need or want for your beach vacation. Tons of bicycles with locks, helmets, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, beach towels, full stocked kitchens, beautiful linens on the beds, etc..etc...
Oh and not to mention that you have 2 parking spots and AC! Don't let anyone fool you, you need AC in the summer in Newport!
