El Constante ha sido un hito de la Costa del Golfo de Texas por más de 30 a��os. Este complejo familiar y bien mantenido es el destino frente a la playa que visitará su familia para crear recuerdos que durarán toda la vida. Desde cualquier unidad, puedes escuchar el suave murmullo de las olas que llegan a la orilla y estar a solo unos pasos de las millas de playas de Texas azotadas por el viento.
Comience el día con una taza de café y un agradable paseo por el dique mientras disfruta de un hermoso amanecer sobre el Golfo de México. Varios destinos gastronómicos y de entretenimiento están cerca y son actividades populares como la pesca en playas y embarcaderos; Surfear, montar a caballo o simplemente relajarse y tomar algo de sol están al alcance de su mano. El nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn ahora está abierto y está a solo 3 millas de distancia. Si va a traer un bote, apreciará el acceso cercano a los botes y el sistema de canales aquí en la isla.
Este hermoso complejo también ofrece una de las configuraciones de piscina más serenas que encontrarás y la piscina está climatizada para disfrutar todo el año. Cuando esté listo para crear recuerdos familiares de por vida, no encontrará un mejor complejo frente al mar que El Constante.

INTERIOR
Puede dormir 4 en esta relajante unidad con vista al mar 2 que viene con una cama king size y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Ubicada en la planta baja, esta unidad actualizada ofrece un dormitorio principal privado alfombrado con vestidor, una cocina abierta con despensa, comedor y sala de estar, así como un baño adyacente.

Ropa de cama para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped se proporcionan. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir estatal u otra identificación aceptable. Esta unidad NO admite mascotas.

Long weekend getaway

The location of the condo complex was AMAZING. Right at the beach & wonderful pool area! Parking was also super easy!We had a bottom unit, and unfortunately, the people upstairs were extremely loud. They stomped and ran around at all hours of the night. It was hard to sleep. Also, the pull out mattress from the couch should be replaced- it was very uncomfortable. We also didn’t know we had to restock our own toilet paper so that was odd. You also only get one bath towel per person. I use two… so that was frustrating.I am willing to try the condo complex again, but will definitely buy a second floor unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location. Right on the beach, great for families. Units are clean and can host a short or long term stay. This is our second trip to El Constante. Only stayed for a weekend and this time in the first floor smaller unit and brought our dogs this time. A chair was broken but we didn’t need it, but everything else was great. The hot tub was out of order both times but in the summer who really needs that. More importantly, the pool is maintained well, the guy who does this is always out there cleaning sand etc and is a nice dude. If you stay in the first floor, be prepared for a noisy experience. The family upstairs sounded extremely loud walking around, but I don’t think they were intentionally doing so. Hardwood floors just get noisy, and luckily our toddler didn’t mind it. We’ll absolutely return, it’s slowly turning into a home away from home.

Best Thanksgiving in decades!

This trip was a delight from the get go. We did not get the original unit we wanted, it became unavailable and I was initially concerned about that. The staff worked with us to find a unit that met all our needs and boy did it. They brought us a pumpkin pie about an hour after we arrived plumb tuckered out! It was clean, well supplied to cook a major meal, quiet, dog friendly comfortable and fun! Way cheaper than a hotel on the mainland and they are all worn out anyway,

We recommend staying here!!

We booked to stay here with our two dogs. The place was clean, had all the essentials that we needed with the exception of food, and a really great spot. We were within walking distance to the beach, no loud neighbors, adequate parking. The room was cold unlike some places that are close to the beach it didn’t feel damp or have any weird moist smell. We will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Worker came and poked hole in ceiling and draind water that apparently came from apartment above. They said they sent plumber to fix problem. My concern to use this condo again is wether or not they replace dry on ceiling or perform mold mitigation.

Great getaway.

We were very pleased with this unit and were also happy to be able to park right outside our door. It was a very short walk to the beach and had a very nice pool and hot tub to use after a long day at the beach.

It’s always clean, the staff there are always happy to help you. The only thing that annoyed me was the stove. The four elements where all on an angle it makes it a little difficult to cook. Otherwise I love this location and will be back next year.

Great price, great location (on the beach) and clean property

Both the pool and spa were both heated; and it was nice to just jump in and enjoy. The property is right on the beach which was very nice. We were able to take nice walks every morning on the beach & enjoy mustang island amenities. The property was super quite & no rif-raft. The only one issue I had was the WIFI network provided to me for unit 124, was not working; therefore, I was not able to use the TV for netflix and computer for work.

We could come back to the room to eat and go right back out to enjoy the beach/pool. It was close to Snoopy's and Docs if you want to eat out with a view. The place was nice and clean.

September 2023 Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the rude guest above us that partied on the patio until 5am on Friday and Saturday nights. Next year we will come back but will check in on Sunday and leave Friday to avoid inconsiderate people.

I was told I would have to check in 1 hour late to ensure the rental was sufficiency cleaned because I did rent late. Which was fine,I understood. So I expected the rental to be spotless but the floors were still full of sand. Which is expected because we are at the beach. But the rental was not even swept. I did find a broom and swept it myself and it was fine. Other than that we had a great stay. The pool was amazing. I would stay again.

Padre escape

Padre escape did a very good job. The condo was very overpriced for the condition. We could hear the neighbors above us for 2 days- we left a day early. The condo smelled, the glasses were not cleaned ,the coffee pot was dirty the place could use updating. We will not stay at the condo again but will use padre escape in the future as they were as helpful as they could have been under the circumstances.
