Nuestro condominio de vacaciones familiares está justo en la playa con vistas despejadas al golfo desde la sala de estar, el balcón, la cocina y el área de la cena. Cuenta con pisos nuevos, cocina nueva y muebles nuevos. Todo está actualizado. Las literas tienen televisores de pantalla plana. Las vistas, especialmente las puestas de sol y los amaneceres desde el patio del piso 16 es increíble, es muy silencioso y tranquilo hasta allí. La mayor��a de los huéspedes ven a los delfines en la mañana. Ofrecemos sillas de playa / sombrilla, Netflix en todos los televisores y Wifi de alta velocidad gratis. Pelican Beach Resort es el principal destino familiar de la zona.

No ofrecemos ningún descuento militar o de otro tipo. Tenemos ofertas especiales de última hora ya incorporadas a las tarifas diarias.

Sentirás el lujo a tu alrededor en este condominio. La unidad se actualiza con nuevos muebles y tocadores. Los armarios de la cocina se actualizan. Todos los aparatos son reemplazados con unidades de acero inoxidable. Nuevo televisor de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar, nuevo televisor de 43 pulgadas en el dormitorio. Zócalos recién pintados, puertas, adornos y literas personalizadas con televisores de 32 pulgadas con Netflix. Nuevo colchón de espuma de memoria doble en literas. Enfriar colchón de espuma Gel queen de memoria en el sofá cama. La unidad está decorada con buen gusto con todo lo que necesita. Operamos el alquiler nosotros mismos como una familia para que reciba atención individual de mi parte. Tengo otras cuatro unidades en Pelican Beach Resort, que figuran recientemente con excelentes críticas. Utilizamos la misma empresa de limpieza con la misma atención al detalle.

Property was nice…..but reviews were a bit overrated

Pros: Condo was clean, though a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had most of what anyone would need. Location was great and convenient to beach. Cons: Musty smell (but that’s very difficult to control being so close to beach)Toiletries were VERY cheap and limitedCheck out time is ridiculous (10 a.m.)Owner/Property owner is over-the-top with communications (which are really reiterations of their rules)Overall, just okay…..not the worst VRBO we’ve stayed at, but far from the best.

Love the view! Nice accommodations. Only negative would be a little hard to get out and in at the Highway .Love that it was near Henderson Park so we could sit near the water and not worry about renting chairs.

Great place great owner

This owner takes great pride and care for his rental and made himself available from the beginning of the booking. It was was accurately described and perfect for our time of R & R. And what can be said for the Emerald Coast, the sand is like baby powder.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this property. Tufan communicated several times and checked in on our arrival. The only thing we were missing was a box of tissues and I had requested a dish cloth. There was a sponge available, but Tufan said that I could purchase a dish cloth and he would reimburse me that was kind. The bedroom was comfortable, but the pillows were somewhat flat, although there were several to choose from. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We really appreciated being able to use the beach, chairs and umbrella and it was easy to set them up. The deck on the condo was shaded and provided an excellent view of the beach in the water We ate at the café the first morning, and there were several items to choose from which were all good. The air conditioning was very good, and we finally figured out how to permanently, set it a little warmer. you could choose a temporary holder a permanent hold. And if we were coming without family, we would definitely stay here again. Basically. We had an excellent day! Thank you so much for offering this property! Just a note for those who are catching late flights like we did…(9:02 pm) check out is at 10 AM so we had time to kill and the facility property does not have a secure place to keep your bags. They did offer to keep them within site just across from the desk, check-in area, which we did. And that seem to work well.

Short getaway vacation

Easy booking, check-in and check-out. Owner responded quickly to text messages. Really liked that the facility and beach area was no smoking. We were on the 16th floor and the view was gorgeous. The unit was nicely decorated and had all the needed necessities in the kitchen. I would recommend a stay here again.

Memorial Day weekend

Kitchen is properly equipped to cook a full meal, bunk bed space is nice feature. King size mattress could be more comfy. It’s nice they provide chairs in the room with you to bring to beach and very easy access to elevators which is really important. Great location as well. Also the perfect straight forward view of beach from balcony.

Great Trip!

We were very impressed with the property. Very nicely decorated and clean! The view from the balcony was incredible. And you cannot beat the location. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and activities. Also, the communication with the owner was excellent. No detail left undone. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay

It is really a nice property. We spent 5 days there with my family (wife, kids -ages 5 and 7) and we had a blast. The private beach area is pretty big, reasonable prices, drinks served, food is great, pool was clean… We were there in the peak spring break season and their hot tub is small. For 22 floor, 18 units per floor, it was not designed properly.

Great for our short getaway

Simple check in/out process. The host send several emails so you know exactly what to do before, during and after your stay. Condo is nice. AMAZING VIEW! We ate out, so didn’t really need the kitchen. I decided to take our own towels because they stressed not staining their towels (which I thought was weird- have never heard of this before and didn’t want to take a chance of impacting the hold required for incidentals). The condo was extremely dusty everywhere- surfaces in the bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen and living room areas, so the surfaces were not cleaned per their Covid procedures as advised. I’m guessing no one has rented it in a while. It could use a thorough cleaning. To the host’s defense, we did not contact them as the sheets in the bedroom seemed fresh, we booked last minute and were only there for a short stay. Overall we were pleased and would book again, just in enough time for them to properly prepare for our arrival.

Very Enjoyable Stay

This property was exactly as expected. The view is absolutely amazing and the condo was clean and homey. The only downside to our stay was the inability to have guests on the property. We did not intend for them to have access to amenities, but wanted to watch a football game and eat dinner together. Tufan responded to questions quickly regarding this, but confirmed we could have no guests. Other than having to leave the property to spend time with friends, it was an amazing trip. We would reserve this property again to take advantage of the spectacular views!

Perfect Destin condo!

This condo and the owner are wonderful! When we arrived it was clean and had everything we needed. Communication from the time we booked throughout trip was great! The views are spectacular and the location is close to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. Highly recommend you check it out!!!

Great Beach Getaway

The beach is second to none. The location and condo was great. The only real issue I had was getting a one day extension offered to me that was supposed to be a 25 % discounted rate when in all actuality I paid more by quite a bit for that night than any other. The email was misleading in what you would actually pay for that extra day and did not tell what the actual cost was. I didn’t dispute it since I gave the go ahead without asking what the actual cost was. Use my bad as your learning and don’t fall into it like I did. Other than that this place and experience was excellent.

Solid Property

The property is solid, although traffic in the area is brutal. The view was amazing. The kids LOVED the televisions in the bunk beds. The host was very responsive.

Beach Destination

We would definitely recommend this condo on the beach in Destin and would come back! It was very tastefully decorated with beach themes. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai listening to the gulf! Netflix was a bonus on the one rainy day we experienced. We were able to spot some dolphins and stingrays from above! We were able to walk the beach daily! We took a walk to the The Back Porch which had awesome friend shrimp and Mahi Mahi in a lemon Kaper sauce. You can sit in covered outdoor seating and enjoy the gulf. We prefer outdoor seating due to Covid 19. Check out the cat tasters while your there and enjoy some Beachcat ale. We also recommend a walk out to the pier on Oskaloosa Island where the pelicans land at the end of the pier. We used instacart and had groceries delivered. 1608 Pelican was a much needed respite from the cold for us midwesterners.

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. We have a total of 7 units at Pelican Beach Resort. Waterscape, Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort and Luau, Bahia, Elation & G. Sandestin at Sandestin Resort are our other locations. They are all by the beach and are updated. You can expect same great service and same attention to detail for all our condos in the area.

Nicest beaches in United States, friendly fun people. Family oriented city and a property that is right at the beach with great ocean views. As soon as you step in, you will realize that you are at the ocean and the tides will take you in. You will not want to leave.
This 16th floor ocean view is one of the best, it is tranquil and very private.
Now we have TV's at bunk beds with Netflix
