Islander Condo # 313 es una unidad Platinum de West View que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina se ha actualizado con gabinetes de arce, encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la acogedora sala de estar para ver la TV SMART de 42 "con Streaming Blue Ray Player y acceso digital por cable. Hay un sofá cama Queen disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva cama king size, persianas de plantación y un televisor de 32 pulgadas y reproductor de Blue Ray. El baño actualizado ofrece un nuevo tocador doble de arce con encimeras de cuarzo y una ducha a ras de suelo. La habitación de invitados se actualizó con una nueva cama queen y un televisor de 18 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD. Un pack pack n play también se encuentra en el armario de la habitación de huéspedes, para nuestros huéspedes más pequeños. El baño de visitas tiene un nuevo tocador y una combinación de bañera / ducha de mármol.

Salga al balcón privado y vea los barcos que entran y salen del puerto a través del paso este o una de las impresionantes puestas de sol que puede ofrecer una noche.

Perfect fit

We stayed here with 4 adults and a baby and it was just what we needed! The room was clean and so nicely decorated. Two pools, very nice beach, and activities. It’s also in a great central location.

My husband and I brought my octagenarian parents down for a bit of a get away. We have stayed in Destin in the past and love the Islander. It was just what we expected and more, and the weather was absolutely perfect. We hope to come again soon.

Luckily they had change on site for their laundry area. Also, I thought there was an actual tiki bar-but it was just a high top table with chairs you could’ve used. Other than that, very lovely place and staff was always welcoming and nice.

Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Islander is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Very clean building. The furniture in our unit was very clean. But, it could be more comfortable. Bed in primary was just not good. Felt the springs and a real back hurler by morning. What is also needed is a foot stool of some kind. Be aware of the coffee table, it’s on wheels. Lastly, we have rented from many places around the country. A few things that should be included. Enough toilet paper for 10 days, Kleenex box, trash sacks, pump hand soap in the bathrooms, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters. Little things that make a difference in the overall stay. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last night at the main desk and were told no. Really? That left a lasting impression. We had rented there multiple times.

Delightful Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 4 renting for 4 nights seeking beautiful beaches and comfortable accommodations. We were not disappointed with Islander or the unit. The beach access was very close and the beach chairs with umbrella a wonderful amenity. The two pools were well maintained. We enjoyed them in the evenings. One night, a movie was shown at the pool. Enjoyed by the entire family. The unit was very clean, well appointed, nicely furnished and decorated and provided a nice view of the pool, a small lake and the beach. Our only negative was that the vacuum cleaner was not well suited to cleaning up sand on tile. We are diligent shoe removers indoors, and although we vacuumed daily, our feet felt gritty and sand got in the beds. Mats for wiping feet might have been helpful too. The staff was always helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Being on Holiday Isle, the complex is removed from the main thoroughfare of Destin so it is quiet, but scant minutes by car to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Overall great stay, great rental.
