Unidad 406 - Unidad de plata con vista al golfo este a precio asequible de bronce Destin FL!

Este condominio de vacaciones frente a la playa se encuentra en Destin, Florida, a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. El alquiler de condominio # 406 se clasifica en PLATA, pero se alquila a la tasa de Bronce. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal con TV de 24 ", 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados con TV de 24" y un sofá cama en la sala de estar con TV de 32 ". Esta unidad tiene alfombras en las habitaciones y baldosas en todo el resto del condominio. La playa de Destin está a solo unos pasos con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores.

El dormitorio principal tiene una colcha nueva y nuevas contraventanas de plantación. El dormitorio de invitados también tiene nuevas contraventanas de plantación. También hay una nueva decoración enmarcada y pintura fresca en toda la unidad, junto con un nuevo sofá, sofá de dos plazas y silla para capitanes. Todas las alfombras nuevas en diciembre de 2015. Todas las habitaciones tienen nuevos televisores de pantalla plana.

Tanto el baño principal como el baño de invitados se han renovado con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de granito, pintura fresca y cortinas de ducha en 2018

 Se anticipa que la cocina será remodelada con nueva iluminación y encimeras de granito en el otoño de 2019.

Beachfront Condo

This property was amazing!! The view from the balcony was beautiful!!!! The condo was clean, beautiful, and well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable, there was a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The grocery carts were super helpful for toting all our stuff up and down to the beach each day. We loved our visit and would definitely stay here again!

It was well maintained and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies to cook every meal. The walk to the Jetty was long but very much worth it! We saw sea turtles, dolphins and 2 manatees while visiting this year! We would definitely recommend Unit 406 and feel confident you will not regret it!

First disappointing stay at the Islander

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 406 was disappointing. We actually left a night early because the beds were so incredibly uncomfortable. Several of the door handles stick. Unit also has no ceiling fans. This unit rents as a “Gold” but is deserving of a “Bronze” status. Don’t rent this room for the view. Get a quality room instead.

Great experience!

Check-in was incredibly easy, they sent us gate code beforehand and once we arrived we quickly checked in at the desk and were on our way. Unit was furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. View from the balcony was great. It was a short walk to the beach, and the water was perfect. Condo was amply stocked for towels, and I loved the linen exchange days so we could get fresh towels and linens twice during the week of our stay. Condo is conveniently located close to food, outlet mall, and grocery stores. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. If you’re a coffee drinker, dont forget the coffee filters, or just make the short drive up the street to Krispy Kreme.

The living room, dining room , were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed. However, the master bedroom mattress was VERY uncomfortable and needs updated. We ended up in the spare bedroom and those mattress some what better, also need updating. Also there was a smell of urine. I would imagine it being used as a children’s room, it could use plastic coving over the mattresses. Next year we probably will try a different room to see if there is a difference.Love the Islander and the property despite this inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Destin in October. This is my 2nd year renting this unit. I like the beach decor and kitchen is stock well. The downside is the bathroom in the main area has broke 2 yrs in a roll. When asked for Maintenance at 7a.m. I was told they had other duties they had to attend to first. Unfortunately the master suite was occupied and that bathroom was not available. We manage to get it flushed later that day and maintenance never showed up. The morning we left at 4 a.m. it stopped working again. I think they need to replace the toilet. Other than that, we loved the place. Next year we will probably opt for another unit. The new grills in the pavilion area was a nice surprise to our group cookout.

20+ years of staying at this location

Although the staff always seemed to busy and annoyed when asked a question...one of the elevators was broken half the time, when fixed still didn't seem safe to ride in. Condo was nice, I highly recommend spending the extra and getting one that is fully updated.. their owners just seem to better know the needs of the renter and are willing to keep those things on hand. Each year I come I always seem to meet so many nice families from all over in all stages of life.. I look forward to coming again .

First Time Staying at the Islander

This was our first time at the Islander, but it DEFINITELY won’t be our last. Our unit had a perfect view of the ocean, and the beach was very easy to access, and the pools were great. The front desk staff were all great and very helpful. My granddaughters thought it was one of our best vacations ever. The only issue with the unit was a running toilet in the quest bath...easy fix.
