La playa de Destin está a solo unos pasos, y su alquiler incluye servicio de playa gratuito, Wi-Fi gratuito, 2 piscinas y jacuzzis, canchas de tenis, parrillas para barbacoas y acceso rápido a restaurantes, un parque acuático, golf y pesca en alta mar o bahía. Además de tiendas de moda, así como un centro comercial. La unidad 417 se renovó recientemente con un baño principal y una cabina de ducha, encimeras de granito en todo, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, sistema de CD con conexión para iPod y cargador, ropa de cama y todos los elementos esenciales de la cocina. Puede dormir 6 personas, con una cama king size en el televisor principal de 24 ', 2 camas individuales en el invitado y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la gran sala de televisión de 32'. Beautiful view!

Condo was very clean and tidy. Had an abundance of kitchen supplies and dishes. Our kids enjoyed playing a board game that was there. Plenty of room for our family of 6!

Friend time together

We did a girls weekend and had a blast at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, that are included with the unit, makes it easy to just show up at the beach and relax. I will be coming back.

The complex is always clean and you can tell they work constantly to keep it up.

Great condo!!

Good family fun

We had a great time. Everything was clean. We loved how they offered fun free things for the kids everyday. The kids looked forward to it every day. My only complaint about our trip was that check in was at 3 and we arrived a little after 3 but it room still wasn't ready and we had to wait 20 or 30 mins and the ice cream we had got right before arriving had melted. But everything else was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

We try our best to get guest in as early as possible when we can but we do have a high volume of check ins some days. We will make sure to work on this for our guest in the future. Yearly vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Main issue was the house keeping could have been better. Stained towels and bed linens. We had towels stained with blood as well. The refrigerator had something spoiled In it at one time. We had to clean with bleach and set out baking soda and use Lysol the whole time to try to remove the stench of rotten meat. It also seems like everytime we go one elevator is broken.

Overall nice stay despite challenges!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in good shape overall. It was spacious and enough room for everyone. The two bathrooms were very useful. We had a good view as well. However, there is room for improvement. The tile floor was very dirty. We wiped up a wet spot with a white towel and it was black. So we kept on socks or shoes the entiire time. I did request housekeeping to come the following morning to clean the floors. Then I was able to see why the floors were dirty. They basically used a cloth steam mop that really can’t do a good job. There were places in the master bath where you could see the dirt encrusted on the floor. The rug in the living room was clearly dirty. It was beige but dingy looking. Also some of the living room furniture looked worn with spots.Although there is designated space for smoking, folks smoke on balconies, in common areas, etc. We could not fullly enjoy our balcony because we were met with constant smoke. Its unfortunate because it was a lovely view. This unit was supposed the be ‘platnium’ although I am not convinced. If this is the case I would be curious to see a bronze unit. The staff on the day we arrived was very helpful. The young lady even offered to mop the floor the instead of waiting for housekeeping the next day. I appreciated that. I went to confirm housekeeping the next morning and that staff person did not seem to know what I was talking about so there was some miscommunication...yet overall staff was friendly. The beach service was nice although you had to be there extra early to get a spot but well worth it in the end.

Love the Islander!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to the Islander for 24 years and it’s always great! 417 is one of our favorite rooms. It’s so beautifully decorated and has a beautiful jetty view from which you can watch the sunset. It’s also quiet and peaceful on that end. The king size bed in the master bedroom is VERY VERY comfortable. My husband and I slept better here than we do at home!😊The room was so very clean, as always. The staff is always friendly and helpful We will definitely be back!
