Para preservar la calidad, esta unidad solo alquila durante la última temporada de primavera / verano. Este condominio de vacaciones en primera línea de playa se encuentra en Destin Florida, a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. La Unidad 713 tiene capacidad para hasta 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales extra largas en el televisor de 24 'y un sofá cama doble en la sala de TV de 42'. Esta unidad tiene pisos de tablones de madera de vinilo en todas partes. La vista oeste desde el balcón privado cuenta con agua, costa y hermosas puestas de sol durante todo el año. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores..

Nice property with a nice view and beach access and chairs. Would stay again. We checked in late but they had a good process n place for us too.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Islander. We love the location and the activities for the kids. The condos are spacious and clean. This condo was beautiful, clean, comfy beds, and the view was gorgeous!

Beautiful view

The unit is as described, close to shops and beaches. The view is spectacular and you can even see the fireworks on Wednesday night from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay in Destin!

Except that we found out our dear Alan no longer was there to great us, my kids look forward to coming to Destin to see their beach buddy very very disappointed he was not there. The other thing is the elevator not in service, and some staff not very friendly. Other than that everything was good. I do have suggestions plz new mattress for twin beds pay high price to rent not to have good mattresses. Plz bring our beach buddy back.

There should be more towels and wash cloths available for renters. I should not have to worry about making it to linen exchange 2 days a week or have to wash linens when I’m paying a great deal of money to rent a condo. The linen situation needs to be reevaluated.

Perfect Getaway

Last minute booking hit the spot for 4th of July. The Islander is perfectly located away from the hustle of the main strip but not far, excellent for relaxing is very well ran, beautifully maintained and the staff is very attentive with a phone call to the front desk. The rental was clean and had beach toys, extra chair and wave boards in the closet. Have your early riser go choose your umbrella and chairs that comes with the property. Every Thursday in the busy season the city has fireworks off the harbor and this balcony has the best view of it!! Decor was coastal and updated with stocked kitchen. Stove needs an update but works. The only thing missing is a washer and dryer since it’s a quick walk to the beach and pool, towels get wet often-but we made it work! Very slow response through VBRO host messaging. You need to just call The Islander front desk and they will answer your questions faster. We will return for sure!

Our stay there was nice bc of the location, everything we needed to do was within 3-4 miles so not bad. The beach was nice despite the weather. However, i HAVE to comment on the housekeeping... it was dusty.. i wasnt expecting that bc we had just arrived, im glad i brought my sheets bc i didnt feel comfortable sleeping on their sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, i think they should start checking behind the housekeeper bc it was picked but not clean. The floor honestly hadnt been mopped bc our socks got so dirty. There was dust under the furniture, like they hadn't cleaned in a while. Idk why it was so dirty. The staff was great and so was the location. We normally stay at the Breakers but wanted to try a new place... brakers is always clean.

The room was very comfortable and well decorated. We have stayed at The Islander most years...for the past 30 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The flooring in our unit was more comfortable than ceramic tile flooring...a plus for us. We will be back!

The only things I would recommend is replacing the toaster (only toasted on one side) and the coil burners on the stove. The coil burners (which I do not like anyway) became dislodged easily when cooking. Thanks for a great vacation!!!
