Los huéspedes a largo plazo deben partir antes del 1 de marzo para permitir a los Spring Breakers. Este condominio de vacaciones frente al mar se encuentra en Destin, Florida a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. El condominio # 604 tiene capacidad para hasta 6 personas con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal con TV de 42 ', dos camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados con TV de 20' y un sofá cama en la sala de estar con TV de 55 '. Esta unidad tiene tres nuevos HDTV's con reproductores de DVD blue ray. La unidad 604 ha sido renovada por un diseñador de interiores profesional. La unidad tiene nueva pintura, azulejos nuevos a lo largo, nueva iluminación, muebles nuevos y nuevos colchones y ropa de cama en ambos dormitorios. El baño principal ha sido completamente actualizado con una magnífica vanidad y un paseo en la ducha de primavera de 2015. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores. La playa está a pocos pasos y la unidad 604 tiene una vista directa del golfo desde el balcón privado. Esta unidad incluye una configuración de playa gratuita que consta de dos sillones y una sombrilla de playa.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful location, activities each day for kids (but even my teens enjoyed it). Saw dolphins multiple days! Wonderful chair guy Alan made sure we were taken care of on the beach everyday.

Lovely location

The pictures are accurate. You have a great view of the ocean and the walk to the beach takes mere minutes. The location is wonderful and the condo is fantastic. I recommend staying here!

Minutes from Target, Big Kahunas, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a coin laundry on site if necessary. We will definitely book here again next time we’re visiting Destin!

Honestly I paid for a Gold condo and this condo really didn't deserve the Gold price. I thought the walls needed painting, there was work needed on the floor boards, etc. No fans in the rooms, but the furniture was nice and comfortable.

We liked the tile floor because it was easy to sweep up sand.That said the cleaning company The Islanderuses was terrible The toilet was full of mold. If I was the owners ofUnit 604 I would be very upset as it is a reflection on them. The cleanliness was not their fault.

Relaxing reset

It was a nice condo. It wasnt the one inreserved. The property management apparently switched us to another condo per the owners request. That was fine but no one bothered to communicate that with us until I boticed the condo number change and had to reach out to make sure everything was okay. Eventually the property management answered me and explained. I have uet to hear anything back from the owners. Then when we got there we discovered that the batteries in our door lock had died and we xouldnt lock our condo if we left. Luckily the front desk lady was helpful and she called maintenance and my handy husband was able to follow his directions over the phone to get it fixed. After that it was smooth sailing though. The condo was and clean and we had a nice relaxing vscation. We really enjoyed the 2 complimentary beach chairs and Allen the chair attendant was great. You should give him a raise! All in all we had a great time and would come back again. Thanks Islander!!

The condo was so beautiful, has everything you may need to cook in kitchen, which honestly is a much better option than going to these over rated expensive restaraunts that have a 2-3 hr wait.But this resort and the beach are worth the trip. Very accomodating place. They have convenient shopping carts and luggage carts that make unloading easy. Theres an elevator in the lobby, 2 pools. Overall very happy with this experience. The price for the location and proximity to the beach to me seemed very reasonable and accesible.You also have included two seats on the beach with umbrella per room.Wifi included, TV's come with Roku and had access to netflix.There's other apps on Roku but we didn't try them since we out enjoying the beach and pool 😎.Overall nice experience !
