Este condominio de vacaciones frente a la playa, con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños se encuentra en Destin, Florida, a lo largo de las hermosas aguas de la Costa Esmeralda. El condominio n. ° 718 es una unidad final en el último piso con magníficas vistas del golfo. Disfruta de increíbles puestas de sol y los fuegos artificiales semanales desde el balcón. La playa de arena blanca y azucarada de Destin está a pocos pasos. Disfrutará de las aguas verdes y cristalinas y de la puesta de sol en sus dos sillas de playa con sombrilla de cortesía durante su estadía (instaladas en la playa desde el 1 de marzo hasta el 31 de octubre). Asistentes de servicio de playa con experiencia facilitarán actividades extra de playa por una tarifa. La unidad tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal y un televisor de 32 '; 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados con TV de 24 'y un sofá cama en la sala de estar con TV de 42'. El baño principal tiene ducha a ras de suelo.

Great Destin Vacation Property

Clean, everything in the kitchen worked well, friendly staff, free pickleball and shuffleboard rentals, easy walk to beach, free chairs and umbrella at beach. Only small drawback is no washer/dryer in the unit.

Unit was clean and roomy. Staff treated us like we were VIP's. Just off main road on a beach road that was not crowded. Felt safe as it was gated.

We loved that it was quiet and on the 7th floor. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Property was clean and felt very safe. The only issue we had was waiting for the elevator as one was out and only one other to use. But that didn’t stop us from wanting to rent from here again.

Nice place, wasn't the cleanest

The place was nice and had an amazing view, but they didn't give us many small ammenities,(1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dawn dish soap to was dishes) and it was not the cleanest when we came in, found a couple bugs and there was food under the couches, which probably attracted them. We tried to call the manager about a couple roaches we found but they never called back.

Destin Trip

Overall the condo was nice and clean. The property was a good location. The management was unfriendly, and not very helpful. It would have been a great stay if they had an office manager that was willing to smile, and lend a helping hand like her employees. She was short with her staff and her guests. Not a good situation for her to be in management. I saw something in reference to management on review before we reserved the condo, but I also understand you can't please everyone. I now know the review was accurate. Hospitality is a must in vacation resort.

Our 2025 stay

Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting the Islander for over 30 years and it was just as good as always, but the unit we stayed in this time did not live up to it's platinum rating. We were disappointed in the quality of the mattress on the master bed and the sofa pullout. The living room TV did not work. The bathroom drawer handles were all very loose and the toilet paper roll holder in the guest bath was barely hanging on for dear life and didn't hold the roll at all. I also wish that the linen exchange was more than twice per week because of our arrival and departure times I had some soiled towels by the time I could exchange. I love Allen (at the beach) who always remembers us and treats us so well. I really liked the live band on Wednesday nights too. Sounded very good. We enjoy our stays and hope the next unit we book is better maintained.

Beautiful viiew

The views from the condo were very beautiful. Expansive sunsets and then waking up to the boats leaving the harbor. Condo was well equipped and no noise level at all.
