Shoreland Circle se compró recientemente y está en proceso de ser completamente amueblado con muebles nuevos, televisores, utensilios de cocina, utensilios, etc. Esta casa de 4 dormitorios / 3. 5 baños ofrece 40 pies de frente de agua en Stanton Creek, que conduce a Little Lagoon, amplias vistas del amanecer, y admite mascotas.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, sofá de dos plazas, 2 sillas sencillas, televisión de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón. El área de cocina / comedor adyacente está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos grandes y pequeños, utensilios de cocina, platos y utensilios. El área de comedor ofrece asientos para 6 personas con taburetes para asientos adicionales. Para su comodidad, un medio baño se encuentra fuera de la cocina.

El dormitorio principal 1 está ubicado en el primer piso con camas Queen y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio principal 2 está ubicado en el segundo piso y ofrece camas King, baño privado con doble lavabo y ducha de pie, así como un balcón privado con vistas al golfo. Ambos dormitorios principales ofrecen televisores de pantalla plana y vestidores.

This property was perfect for a quiet WHOLE family (pets included!) there is plenty of room for everyone on this quiet cul-de-sac property with a fenced in yard. It was only about a 5 minute walk across the street to the public beach access. We enjoyed the proximity to all of the restaurants and shops, too. We can't wait to go back!

Beach time

After the softball tournament the week before, we spent the week in Gulf Shores. This house was perfect for 3 generations to stay and the grandkids loved fishing off the dock.

The house is very old and needs a lot of work. Steps leading up to the side door are not very stable so we didn’t even use that entrance the entire time. The dock had a collapsed board that was a definite safety issue. The interior is decorated nicely but the whole house needs an extremely deep clean. All the fans had layers of dust and the walls and doors need painting. The kitchen was very dirty. Attached are pics of the food trapped between the oven and counter and dust and trash trapped between fridge and counter. The cabinets are very old and need to be replaced. Attached is a pic of one that looks like it could collapse. The window area over the sink has water damage and paint is peeling. Downstairs shower door was off the track. Upstairs master shower was a disaster. It’s a fiberglass insert very old and just a shower curtain that sits about 6 inches off the floor. Water would get all over the bathroom floor and we had to soak it up with towels every day. We had to angle the shower head towards the wall to minimize the mess. There was a lot of mold on the caulk and baseboards as a result. The vents in the ceilings were filthy and appeared to also have black mold. Picture attached. We arrived around 1 and cleaners were not there yet. The cleaners arrived at 1:15 and left at 2:12. Nowhere near long enough to properly clean that big of a house. Common area under the house was full of leaves and sand. Needed to be blown or swept. Grill was not cleaned out.

July 2019 Stay

The house was great! it was nicely updated with plenty of space. we especially enjoyed the main balcony and the dock. The location is perfect, in the middle of all the action, but slightly off the main road which adds to the appeal. I would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to everything. Pier 33 was walking distance with a coffee shop upstairs. Beach access was easy to get to. The rooms were comfortable and had access to Netflix and other streaming services which the kids loved watching their shows. It has a lagoon in the back where you can fish. Perfect location to all the action in Gulf Shores.

Family vacation

The cleanliness of the property was lacking. The walls and doors had a lot of visible dirt. And the bathtubs were not super clean.

Peaceful area, easy walk to beach

House was wonderful, had what we needed and the kids really enjoyed the sand and water in the back yard - caught fish and crabs in the evenings! Such a quiet little area with a very convenient store (Pier 33) at the corner! Easy walk to public beach access, and there is beach service close by for chair and umbrella rental. Very short drive to the Hangout and all the fun places in that area. Highly recommend!

Loved the location and the home is fully stocked . Only small thing I noticed is the inside could use painting . Especially upstairs master bedroom . Other than that is very nice and would book again .

April 2022 Stay

Great house.... very comfy. this house is equipped with more kitchen untensils and serving plates than I've experienced. God pots too!!!! Very spacious and a great beach vibe. I will rent again!

Great house and location

My family and friends had a great stay the house was as listed great location an easy and close walk to the beach. Had a problem with the upstairs ac but I made a call late morning and they had someone out to fix it the same day only took a few hours and it was good by the afternoon luckily we weren’t there but when we arrived back it was back to normal Would totally recommend this house great stay
