Welcome to our private island paradise.
This is a light, charming, one bedroom unit in a quiet setting with a view over the terraced pools & into Turtle Cove & the marina. Its 1091 square feet bring a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen/balcony where you will particularly appreciate the new Bosch appliances and an outdoor BBQ grill. The patio door opening spans 16 feet. The large bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, another TV, & a beautiful ensuite bath w/ a roomy walk-in shower. Please note , elevator currently under repair.

Janus was an excellent host! She responded quickly and the rental was exactly as pictured! So spacious, everything was thoughtfully chosen to ensure you have everything you need!

This large bedroom suite with king size bed was very spacious and very clean. We especially enjoyed the view overlooking the pool scape and Turtle Bay from the second floor veranda. The location is perfect for exploring the island by car. So many wonderful reataurants close by or a 10 minute ride away. Beaches were absolutely stunning and Janus went overboard with recommendations, tips and directions that we greatly appreciated.

Fantastic stay and great view!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Turtle Bay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkels were included along with a few floats which we loved using in the crystal blue water. A 5 min walk to the beach that also had great snorkeling! 10 min drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants and about 15 min to the other side of the island to Taylor Bay Beach and Chaulk Sound. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. We would usually lounge there in the late afternoons after we would return from our adventures from the day. I would recommend renting a car to get around - parking is plentiful around the island and never an issue. We would definitely return and even bring our kids to stay as well next time! Thanks for having us!!

Great location

The property area is amazing. Close to everything and the outside areas are well maintained. The condo needs some updating and a good scrub down. Overall it is okay but needs some TLC. The owners are good at communicating. I just bought some bleach wipes and clean up. The basics were clean but the walls, light switches, doors etc need to be properly cleaned. Some of the furniture needs replacing. The mattress on the pullout is very uncomfortable. And worn out. It would be okay for a child. Kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes and flatware.

We were very disappointed with this rental. The biggest issue was that the unit had a overpowering, musty, mildew smell. Due to this, we had to find another place to stay. This put an excessive amount of stress on us as we were visiting during a busy time period and it was in the late afternoon. Very little was available and we ended up having to put out more money to stay. Other things to consider if you choose to rent this unit are that the pictures do not reflect the interior as it is. The interior is worn and and there are stains on the couch. It is not very clean. Also, we were told that the elevator was not going to be able to be used however, we were not told that they were doing construction on the elevator on all three floors of of the building. This unit backs up right next to the elevator. In addition, there was quite a bit of construction and work going on in the whole complex. The manager at first was responsive when we told him/her what was going on. He/she offered another unit and then said they did not have one. ?? He/She told us to cancel the reservation. I asked for a refund and the manager agreed. I discovered that we were unable to do it on our end because VRBO only leaves the cancellation button open on the first day and It was now the morning of the second day. The manager was not helpful and said there was nothing he/she could do. In the end I was able to contact VRBO support and they were helpful.
