Esta nueva casa frente al sonido tiene cuatro dormitorios, 3. 5 baños y puede alojar hasta 13 personas.

337 Panferio Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Disfruta de las hermosas vistas del sonido de Santa Rosa y la amplia sala de bonificación en el nivel superior. El nivel principal de la casa tiene un diseño abierto de la sala de estar, comedor y cocina con acceso a la cubierta frontal de sonido. Hay dos dormitorios en el lado este de la casa: uno con una cama queen y acceso a la cubierta y el otro con una queen y una cama individual. Estas dos habitaciones comparten un baño en la sala. Los otros dos dormitorios están en el lado oeste de la casa: el maestro tiene una cama king, baño privado y acceso a la cubierta. El otro tiene tres camas individuales y utiliza el baño de la segunda sala. Sube por la escalera de caracol a la sala de bonificación, que tiene una cama doble con litera completa, medio baño y sillas cómodas para pasar el rato.

El Golfo de México está a solo unas cuadras de la isla. Restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna están a poca distancia de esta maravillosa casa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the same house for the fourth time because ithe location and room arrangement is perfect for our family of seven. It's beautiful, well maintained with a well stocked kitchen. Our favorite time is morning coffee on the huge deck watching our grandkids playing in the water. I can't think of one improvement that needs to be made. Paradise Beach rentals is very friendly and responsive.

2nd time stayer, still a wonderful place

We stayed at this property for the second time for a week. Great location, great for large families. We had some fridge issues that was handled well by management bring extra coolers and ice if yiu lots of liquids

Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, flatware, pots and pans and small appliances. Nicely decorated with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of ten. The only problem we had was getting the oven to work properly.

Christmas in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Panferio 337 is absolutely beautiful. It is so roomy but cozy at the same time. The bathrooms were clean and bright, the kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were comfortable with large closets, and the great room accommodated all of us easily. My eight-year-old grandson commandeered the loft area as his private headquarters and he really enjoyed the view of the sound (the back wall was all windows!) We used the deck on the sound side every day. There was plenty of room for a small Christmas tree and a few Santas. All in all, this was the most pleasant place to spend the holidays!! Highly recommend for families who want to enjoy the sound and the Beach in cozy luxury.

Needs a deep clean, and upgrades on beds, door blinds, & repairs

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, loved the location/view!!! However our family are independent cleaning contractors, have cleaned condos/homes for several years, one of us is an inspector as well, all our business/work is in Navarre beach. Upon arrival there was hair in the master bath shower drain, and in the corner, the master towel rack was loose and broke off when grabbing a towel,toilet paper holder in east side guest bath broken, both water view rooms with doors to the patio the blinds were broken and could not roll up. One of the queen beds, on top & inside the sheets had hair on sheets, seemed they didn't change it out? The opposite room both beds were propped up with square type box on each foot, but the twin bed rail underneath came apart, and we could not prop it back up, someone would startle if it fell down while sleeping. Double bunk/lower bed in loft warped inward to the middle, old mattress. Need more & better larger thicker blankets. Found 2 loose med pills in laundry room cabinet. Found a curler under the tv stand in living room. All pan glass covers had fingerprints on them, hot cook/pads really dirty, kitchen drawers unorganized, need a few large serving platters, (for a turkey/ham, one reason we rented early thxgiving) Fridge did not work, had to put majority of food in freezer. We never called maintenance during our stay due to not wanting to be disturbed. We are not complaining, just addressing to do a deep clean to improve these matters for your future guests. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 60th birthday at my happy place. I will be back to this home. I have been to several places in PB, this is one of my favorites. Management was great, it was beautiful and clean home. We have friends that live in the area, so the dock was great/handy for the boat, jet skis and paddle boards. Additional essentials are a much-needed improvement, compared to other places I have stayed. There were 7 adults, we had no extra trash bags, except what was in the trash containers (2) for 5 nights, no blender, no hair dryer, no starter coffee, the main bedroom carpet needs shampooed and in need of a new bed mattress. Kitchen has all the dishware you need. However, you won't find but one wine glass and several mismatch glasses/dishes, not a set of anything for a dinner at home. Refrigerator does not get cold only cool. So be prepared to pack up all your comforts to take along. These are all easy fixes that would make this place exceptional with a little more attention to details.

We had a wonderful time in this home! Everything was pretty much as described with a few exceptions! The master bedroom is in desperate need of a new mattress!! Overall though, it’s perfect for families. The bay was a big hit with us all. We would stay here again!! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes are top notch!!!

It was close enough to walk to places to eat and drink but far enough away to not hear traffic noise. The deck is extra big which is great for enjoying the water view. Clean house. Had an issue with not being able to lock a door but rental agency had that fixed within short order. House could use wine glasses and we didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable but everything else was good.

Beautiful, with one small issue

In general, the house was big and beautiful and clean. Amenities worked well. Dock was excellent. Area is quiet and private. The only nuisance issue was the lack of supplies. If you plan to stay longer than 3 days, plan on buying your own laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish washer pods, shower amenities, and trash bags. No idea why property management leaves the house so lacking - annoying inconvenience for our 10 day stay. Other than that, beautiful house and area.
