Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV with Apple TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. A travel cot and highchair are available and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear private courtyard garden with a gravelled area and picnic table. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however no smoking allowed. Find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile. Note: There are seven concrete steps up to the front door and the garden is not enclosed. Valley View is a convenient apartment in a lovely area of Devon.
