Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista frente al mar desde el piso 13.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el maestro y cama king size en el segundo dormitorio. Tamaño de sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. Televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de Internet TV gratuita por cable y. El balcón de 10 pies y medio tiene muchos asientos para disfrutar de la vista frente al mar. Horrible beds

First impression was that it was very clean. Couches definitely need replacing and both bedroom mattresses were horrible. A nicer mattress would have made my trip alot better.

Great view, condo, location, amenities and beach access. We loved being away from the traffic and construction. The condo offers a BEAUTIFUL view from the huge balcony. Easy beach and pool access. Elevators were great compared to other places we have stayed. We enjoyed the ease of parking and checking in and out. The condo was great with a lovely kitchen and living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sizes. Our only complaint was the mattresses are definitely on the firm side and a little springy. They could use a mattress topper to help customers sleep a little easier. Overall we had a great stay.

We loved everything about our stay, the place was clean, instructions to check in were clear wich made it easy and allowed us enjoy the beach faster. We loved the beachfront view. We can’t wait to come back. I’m definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. Everything was perfect. We had zero problems checking in and getting our parking pass and bracelets. Very good and open communication with owner. Very quick responses to questions that were asked. Everyone was super friendly, even with my kids. We had the best vacation ever. Highly recommend.
The sunset was breath taking, but....
The view of the moon over the ocean was even better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honestly this is the best condo I have stayed in PCB and I have stayed in several and this is by far the best. This condo is super convenient, it was super clean and had more than what we needed to enjoy the beach.! This condo is well maintained. However only the TV for the living room was a smart tv and the other 2 in the rooms were not and kids want it to watch you tube but who goes to the beach and watch tv right ? Also matresses bedded to be upgraded some people complaint about being so uncomfortable but I slept good. Washer needs to be checked out because there is a strong smell of mold. Besides that. That places is Amazon and don’t let me forget about the HUGE balcony it’s Amazing .!! I will definitely recommend this place to anybody you will not be disappointed.!

Great place to stay

The property location was great and the unit was very clean with comfortable beds. Access to the beach was easy with showers to rinse off. The balcony was roomy for four adults with a gorgeous view. Communication with Helen, the property manager, was excellent. I highly recommend.

A gorgeous unit

This unit is amazing. It is immaculately clean, has incredible ocean views from the balcony, and the interior is gorgeous with a beach theme décor. The grounds and pool area are amazing. There is a surplus of shopping and restaurants nearby. Helen, the owner was very easy to work with and provided all you need in terms of dishes, towels, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunate hurricane

Everything was as listed. Property manager was great. Helen was very easy to talk to and get in touch with due to the hurricane coming in. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but very pleased. I would recommend this to anyone.

Mostly good

Most everything was great except for the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE mattress we have ever slept on. Very disappointing because the condo has nice furniture, an equipped kitchen, excellent air conditioner and a fabulous deck. We spent most of our times there. Even ate meals at the large table on the deck. We did leave a night early because we could not tolerate the mattress anymore. I did not appreciate not being told ahead of time that there is a $40 charge for parking that is not included in the condo price. You pay it when you check in. It is what is it, that’s fine, but be upfront about it. Also I would suggest they get different wrist brands that you can easily take on and off becaus the cheap “ bar” bands are annoying. Overall I would recommend this unit just be ready to feel like you are sleeping on a board. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the bedrooms.

Great memories

The unit where we stayed was wonderful. Check in was friendly and professional. The property manager, Helen, was always available with the right information. It was a nice plus to have the beach chairs included in the cost of the rental, a savings of $35 a day. View was amazing and there was no problem with parking. Although a little pricey, it was worth it.

Just what we needed

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the sunsets and water in PCB was breathtaking!! Everything from check in, crowd, traffic, shopping and peacefulness was top knotch and so easy!! We will definitely be back!!

Heavy and well made. The kitchen had marble counteracts. It was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Even a crockpot. There was a closet with toys,boogie boards,and two short beach chairs. The balcony had a nice rectangular table with 6 chairs and two lounge chairs. A beautiful view and is close to the water. I was very satisfied with my stay. I would stay here again
