Fácil de caminar a las playas Rehoboth y Dewey!

Esta adorable y sencilla casa está ubicada en Dodd's Addition, ubicada entre Rehoboth y Dewey, justo al este de la Ruta 1. (La Milla Olvidada!) Es un excelente vecindario con vecinos maravillosos y amigables. Es exactamente una media milla a pie de la arena, alrededor del lago y por un vecindario sombreado y tranquilo. Ofrecemos un "vagón de playa" para tirar de su equipo.
Con una cocina nueva, hermosos pisos nuevos de madera noble y un encantador porche con mosquitero separado, seguramente disfrutará de su tiempo aquí.
La cubierta delantera ha sido reemplazada, y se ve genial, ¡solo quedan unos pocos toques finales!

El plano de planta abierto tiene 2 dormitorios arriba (un dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo, el otro tiene dos gemelos) un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio. Cada habitación tiene un baño conectado "Jack and Jill". El baño de arriba tiene una bañera / ducha, mientras que la planta baja tiene una ducha. La ducha al aire libre espaciosa es un favorito.
La cocina tiene una estufa / horno eléctrico, lavaplatos súper silenciosos, microondas, refrigerador grande con dispensador de agua y hielo, eliminación y lavadora y secadora grandes. Para esas comidas al aire libre, tenemos una parrilla de carbón en el patio trasero.
Tenga en cuenta que, hasta ahora, la escalera no está alfombrada, lo que puede ser una consideración para algunos, especialmente para los niños pequeños. Además, tenemos perros que han pasado tiempo allí, aunque no estarán allí este verano.
El camino de entrada tiene capacidad para 2 coches, además hay un aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.
Hacemos todo lo posible para mantener un suministro completo de productos de papel, productos de limpieza y lavavajillas, así como especias y condimentos básicos.

Nice house and good amount of space for 6 people. Need to bring your own linens and towels, including hand towels. House needed to be stocked with more cleaning supplies and dish and hand soap.

Awesome property and hosts! This sweet cottage is an ideal getaway for a couple or a small family. The hosts, John and John, were awesome about accommodating us and communicatiing with us. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen is beautifully appointed and well-stocked. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Charming house beautifully landscaped and very clean inside. There is also a nice lighted screened in shed in the back where we enjoyed a glass of wine. The host, John & Murph, were very pleasant & responsive. I would definitely stay here again!-Matt

Couldn't have asked for better - super trip

The house was exactly as pictured/described. You could tell the hosts had thought about every detail that makes for a great stay. Bedrooms cozy and beds were comfy. Kitchen was all accessoried-out, but we didn't do any cooking. The house had nice outdoor spaces as well, and we loved the outdoor shower. Really nice touch was some of the basics provided - ie paper towels, toilet paper, some plastic ziplocs, laundry detergent, etc. which when you are only staying for 3 nights, it's nice not to have to bring/buy items like that.

A total gem with convenience to Dewey and Rehobith

This beautifully appointed - timeless but updated, simple but everything we needed - was more than we could’ve asked for. The only thing we wanted more for was TIME. We definitely came away wanting to be friends with John and Murph, and thank them profusely for their hospitality

Excellent beach cottage

Really sweet & well maintained beach cottage. Walking distance to Chesapeake Street entrance of Dewey Beach. Clean & comfortable on a quiet and tidy residential street very close to Coastal Highwt Y.

Lovely home for a family stay at the beach

This house was perfect for our family of 4 vacation to the beach. We have two younger children- age 5 and 7 and both LOVED staying here. The screened in hangout room in the backyard was one of their favorite places to play. The location was great as well, it is in a cute and quiet area, and was a quick 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The house comes well appointed with chairs and a beach wagon to haul all of your gear. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Clean and quiet

The cottage was beautiful and the perfect size for our girls trip. It was extremely neat and in a quiet area so we weren’t disturbed when we sat outside morning or night. We walked to the beach every morning to get our day started. John was so easy to talk to and always answered promptly when there was a question before and during the trip! If I stay in Rehoboth again I will be back to the cottage!

Perfect Trip!

We had a wonderful stay at John and Murph’s place. The space was clean, and had everything you would need. The screened in space in the backyard and outdoor shower were also wonderful. It was an easy walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood. We also noticed the beach was much less crowded than other areas, which was an additional perk! Hope to come back again in the future.

A wonderful summer cottage!

This home comfortably accommodated a family of five including 3 teenagers. The screened-in porch was a huge plus with the extra beach chairs, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower. The spaces were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location is quiet. We brought our bikes and could easily ride into either Dewey or Rehoboth. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beach vaca

Super cute property- you can walk to the beach and town but it is 20-30 minutes. However, it is walkable. Rehoboth Boardwalk is fantastic. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops and even a small amusement park- Dewey is quieter and was perfect for my family. The neighborhood was quiet- morning time in the enclosure. Tons of beach chairs, some very new, some older. Cute beach wagon. Parking (except for the rental street), almost all $4 an hour. Can get multiple day pass. Loved the outside shower. Everything you need in a kitchen! All nice kitchenware. Beds comfy!

Amazing beach cottage

Wonderful Home in Rehoboth

We had a fantastic family vacation here. The house is beautifully kept with all the necessary amenities and more! The property and layout worked out really well for us for a week long stay and the location is perfect. It’s close to the beach as well as downtown Rehoboth. We will definitely be back!

Easy location for enjoying the beach at Rehoboth

Staying at this property made it very easy to enjoy our stay in Rehoboth. The 15 min walk to the beach was made easy thanks to the wagon and chairs provided, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a long day was a dream. The layout is also ideal for a small group to cook a meal, eat together, and play games outside in the screened in porch. We all had a great time staying here!

Beach vacation

The house was very clean and inviting. It was a short walk to the beach everyday. And the outdoor room on the back patio,we spent every night there. Great space. Highly recommend it for your Delaware vacation

We live full time in Baltimore, and summered across the street for 20 years, so we love the area. When the owner offered to sell this house to us, we took the plunge. It has taken a lot of sweat and work to get it this far, and we readily admit that we have a ways to go yet, and will continue to make it a place that you would want to return to.

The entire Rehoboth/Dewey Beach area is a wonderful way to dial it back, take a breath, and relax. The beautiful beaches, the small geographic footprint of the area, and the wonderful dining and shopping opportunities await you.
This is a sweet little house. It doesn't have miles of Italian marble, crystal chandeliers,
and 500 square foot closets. It does have a homey, simple, comfortable vibe, with extra amenities that guests expect.
We have worked very hard to make it a place you'd love to return too, as many guests have done. (By "we", I mean the two of us- and whew! We've learned a lot! ) We hope that our love for the house shows, and that you would look forward to visiting, and returning.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Because we are so close to the beach, and on the east/beach side of Route 1, the location is wonderful. When Summer traffic is bad, you needn't fool with Route 1.
