Crystal, the hostess, went above and beyond in answering any questions and was so helpful and friendly. I mistakenly thought the Keurig wasn’t working (it was, I didn’t know how to operate hers) and she had a new one delivered with coffee and water! The home is perfection. From beautiful contemporary furnishings to comfortable beds with new linens and blankets, to the large indoor spaces with high ceilings, gorgeous large master bath, oversized walk in master closets, to the well stocked large kitchen, to the waterfront and pool views from almost every room the house is amazing. The garage has a new washer drier, ample bicycles for guest use as well as pool and beach equipment/ toys. The pool is impeccably clean with an ideal temperature and view of the little canal and dock. At sunset we sat on beach chairs on the lawn and watched the colors reflect in the canal as little bunnies and squirrels scampered by, often snacking on fresh mangos that fell from a small picturesque mango tree. This tip lot at the end of the canal is perfectly positioned for a beautiful view but also close to other houses, so being reasonably quiet and respectful for neighbors is likely important. I truly wish Crystal and her family many considerate and thoughtful renters who care for her place as if it was their own, and much success, though I selfishly hope it isn’t booked next time I’m in town!
