Esta casa de playa del verano fue completamente renovado cuando se compran. Las renovaciones incluyen, una nueva cocina con isla central, nuevos gabinetes, electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos nuevos y en todas partes. El baño era rehecho también. Está totalmente alicatado, nítido y limpio. Se ha añadido una nueva caoba cubierta de entretenimiento con zona de ducha al aire libre. Nuevas ventanas, puertas y la iluminación se han actualizado también. La casa también ha sido redecorado con muebles nuevos. Esto realmente es una casa de playa única en un lugar exclusivo y tranquilo - la casa de verano por excelencia por el camino de arena. Ubicado a pocas millas del centro de la ciudad, ya poca distancia de ambos el río Oyster y Hardings Beach.

Charming Cottage with Lovely Backyard

Lovely, clean, easy property with a very pleasant backyard and deck. Harding Beach only moments away, as well as Oyster River where we rented a kayak and kayaked out to the lighthouse. The owners offered many great ideas on local activities and the communication was terrific.

Cute Chatham rental

Cute home in a great, quiet location. Well stocked kitchen and several updates throughout the house. Beach chairs and sand toys available to use. Good communication with the property owner.

Relaxing week at the beach

This house was the perfect size for our family with two young children (4 and 22 mo). The yard was beautifully landscaped and the kids had a blast running around. Inside was adorable, and we lucked out and found a stool in one of the closets for the kids to use in the bathroom (this was a big deal!). After seeing the outside shower, my kids now think showers are cool (big win for mom). Location was a very short drive to the beach. We could have walked if it had been adults or adults and teens. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great Experience

Property was organized and very clean. Accessible to town and beach. The hosts communicated very well on all questions and needs. Even the neighbors who live there year-round were friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would stay there again!

Fabulous Harding’s Beach cottage

The cottage is wonderful, on a quiet lane, and within 15 minutes walk of Harding’s Beach. The house has everything you need for a vacation, and we enjoyed the quick drive to downtown Chatham. The owners are responsive and helpful.

Wonderful beach house in a great location !

We spent 4th of July week at this meticulous adorable beach house . Great house , location , and owners! The owner was extremely helpful and so pleasant to rent from . We will be back !

When you get to the house your jaw drops of seeing the house be more than the pictures were presented The neighborhood, the town, and the experience, was more than anybody could imagine can’t wait to come back next year

Adorable home near the beach

We had a great stay in this home near Harding’s beach. We stayed with our toddler and infant. We loved the layout with the kitchen open to the living room and the patio / back yard easy access from the living room. The house was clean, cozy, and well kept. We could walk to Harding’s beach but with all of our beach gear it was easier to drive. We would stay there again!

Lovely cottage with private yard

The cottage was very clean and we loved how it was decorated. It has a side patio that is so nice to have coffee on in the morning and meals in the evening. The cottage is about 5 minutes to Harding’s beach and about 7 minutes to Main Street Chatham for shopping. Jeff responded quickly to emails. I highly recommend staying here!

Love and care, taste and charm in a tranquil setting!

It is evident the owners have invested much love and care in this property. It was immaculate upon arrival, tastefully decorated, well stocked (kitchen, shed, family games), and organized. The setting was very peaceful, situated on a quiet lane, with a lovely deck and side yard for lounging, dining, and playing. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect house for a family!

This house was perfect for our family of four, with one room left over. Everything was updated, clean, and comfortable. The deck was nice for relaxing on after a day at the beach and the side yard was great for our boys to play in. The house is located on a secluded road with very few cars traveling on it throughout the day. A quick drive to all, a minute or two to the beach and downtown Chatham. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Cute cottage in an amazing location

Our family of five loved our stay in this Chatham cottage. Sitting on the lovely deck, it was peaceful and quiet. Each day brought interesting visitors - a beautiful fox, a wild turkey and her babies, humming birds and a very friendly and curious catbird. The house itself was clean and comfortable and we had plenty of space. Having a washer/dryer was extremely helpful. We loved the town of Chatham and the cottage was close to everything. We appreciated the bikes that were available in the shed and enjoyed bike rides to Oyster River and Hardings Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Home

Charming House, Close to everything

Such a treat to stay here! The house was well equipped and comfortable with a great beachy feel. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids had fun in the yard and riding bikes up and down the street. We were super close to a few of the Chatham beaches and town. We would love to stay here again next time we get to go to the cape!

A lovely house in a good location. The decor is a step above the usual beach fare and it has a clean, comfortable feel with many conveniences (kitchen washer/dryer, nice grill, outdoor shower, etc). The owners are caring and responsive. We return year after year. Only just discovered you can rent kyacks a few blocks away on Oyster Pond and paddle out to sea. Highly recommended.

fantastic house in an idyllic location.

What a wonderful house in an incredible location close to the beach, boat pier and town. The house is superbly laid out to cater for your every need and considerable thought has gone in to ensure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Our two boys loved it and loved playing in the garden and walking to the beach to catch crabs. it was like home from home. thank you so much for your prompt and friendly response in making this a great holiday.

When we first saw our house, we fell in love with the neighborhood. It just had the 'beachy' feel we were looking for. We love spending our summer evenings sipping wine when the sunlight becomes golden. Our twins are free to play with the other children in the neighborhood. They ride bikes up and down the street, play ball, and then flashlight tag when dusk arrives. It reminds us so much of our own childhoods and summers spent at the beach.

Private location. The houses around us are spread out with mature landscaping and trees that allow some privacy without feeling remote.
