Would be 5 stars but too much construction

Very nice property, staff wonderful, accommodating in every way. Unit is gorgeous! View is spectacular. Here's the problem...There is brand new construction happening 40 feet from the infinity pool, directly across the street. Pinnacle is building another 26 units and the NOISE is deafening. It's all day long, every day. This is not hammering, it's JACK HAMMERING, and it can be heard from every unit, no escaping it. The construction going on in the very popular Romantica zone is booming and won't be finished anytime soon. Before you book, ask about this....the two properties being built now won't be done for another 12 months at a minimum. Otherwise, perfect stay.

The Pinnacle is a terrific residence

We have stayed at The Pinnacle many times since it first opened. It’s a great location with awesome amenities and terrific staff. This time, however, we were someone disappointed with our unit. It is showing visible sign of wear and tear. The faucet in the bathroom was very difficulty to move and the vision on the deck furniture is visibly worn. Several cupboard doors are misaligned. During our stay this year there were two extended power outages. The first left us with electricity and water. We were surprised that the building didn’t have any backup generators (what about and residents who have mobility concerns?). And there was no communication about what remedies were underway.

Beautiful condo and close to everything!

Fantastic condo in the heart of Old Town! Everything you could ever need is in the condo and the view is amazing! Lovely little bar in the lobby and the infinity pool is so, so relaxing. I love that there is staff available 24 hours a day. Juan was great at answering any questions we had and helping with anything we needed. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all of our favorite bars and restaurants. My favorite part was definitely the large, oversized patio with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. We were able to have 2 other couples over for drinks to watch the sunset and we all fit comfortably on the patio. We did not cook in the condo because there are so many amazing restaurants but an inspection in the cupboards showed everything you could need, including spices, storage, coffee accessories, etc. We will DEFINITELY return!
