Nuestro encantador condominio es la escapada perfecta, lo que puede ser más relajante que estar directamente en la playa. ¡Todo renovado en septiembre de 2017!
La llave de Casey pertenece a la ciudad de Nokomis que es una ciudad tranquila con restaurantes y barras encantadores y una playa larga hermosa.
Disfrute de las más bellas puestas de sol desde nuestra terraza frente a la playa en frente de su apartamento o caminar unos pasos en la arena y sentarse
En una de nuestras sillas privadas directamente en el océano.
¿Quieres más acción? A sólo 20 minutos en coche te lleva al centro de Sarasota con vida nocturna fantástica y posibilidades de compras.

Su apartamento tiene un dormitorio con una cama king y baño privado. El salón tiene un sofá cama de matrimonio. Usted encontrará una cocina totalmente equipada y una barbacoa para nuestros huéspedes a utilizar en la terraza. Su condominio tiene una gran puerta corredera de cristal para que pueda ver el océano desde la sala de estar y puede disfrutar de la vista bajo a / c también.

The condo was clean but tired looking. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. We had issues with the WiFi our entire stay which went unaddressed by owner even after multiple emails letting them know it was not working properly. The mattress needs to be updated and did not provide a comfortable sleep.

Nice Basic Stay

Overall we were satisfied with this property. The unit and its furnishings were standard and clean. Nothing fancy, but it did get the job done. The view from the unit was lovely and having a rinse station right there was great. We had turned in 1/2 of our towels and wanted more but we kept missing the maintenance man so we made due. The location was new to us and turned out to not be the best spot for our family. Be aware there is a quick drop off during both high ann low tides, and we encountered strong currents.On our 3rd day of 7, the water in the area turned to stinky greenish brown sludge (we later learned construction on just down the street had some sort of spill. So we had to travel to other areas to enjoy the beach. We do not blame the rental for this, but was still an inconvenience since we had purposely rented oceanfront with the intention of going in and out of the unit to the beach easily. If this were a hotel, I would give it 3 stars for quality.

Found condo clean and in good working order. First time staying in this area and enjoyed it very much. The condo is comfortable and access to the beach could not be better. The covered veranda makes a nice escape from the afternoon heat. Venice is a great small Florida town with great shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Prime Steakhosue. Our meal was awesome and service was excellent. The Casey Key area and Venice Beach area are great locations. It is our understanding that the area was significantly affected by the 2024 hurricane. While much has been repaired and open, severe damage and debris is still evident along the length of Casey Key Road. It’s a beautiful area with some magnificent homes. You can’t go wrong staying at this condo and Nina is great to respond promptly to questions.

Perfect location

Know that this unit is on a bottom floor with people above you and hopefully you aren't lucky enough to have children above you. The guest above us had her family with kids stay over multiple night, taking up an extra parking spot and noisy kids above. The parking situation is tight as is so add an extra vehicle and that's a problem.Pros:Location; private beach; comfortable outdoor furniture; plenty of beach gear to use; loved that there was a grill to useCons: Could use a very deep clean all over, particularly the shower groutOverall would choose to stay here again! Maybe different unit though!

Beautiful property

View was excellent and so was location. Condo was great but bed pillows were the worst we have ever seen. A 20 expenditure could have been spent on a pillow upgrade.

Cozy getaway; great location

The house was modest but comfortable and the location ideal. We had difficulty accessing the lockbox which appeared older and in need of repair/replacement. When we called the property manager, she curtly informed us that it did work and implied that we were at fault. She also said that she was an hour away and could not help us. Fortunately, after many tries we were able to gain access. Everything else about our stay was fine but we would have appreciated a warmer more helpful property manager.

Old and Tired

The place was decent, but pretty tired. The couch, chair and table and chairs were nice and fairly new. The mattress was really uncomfortable and the pillows were so old they were like a pancake. The fridge was rusty and missing a handle. The appliances were definitely dates and should be updated. The bathroom shower was pretty new and nice, but a lot of mold and mildew in the grout in both the shower and bathroom floor. The toilet had dried urine (was yellow) At the back of the seat where the lid attaches. The outside area was lively and had plenty of seating. It was a decent area, close to the beach and Pop’s, which was our favorite place to eat and grab drinks! I would stay here again if it gets some updates and the get a new or better cleaning service!!

Snow Birds from WV

We had a wonderful weekend. We were coming from WV were there was 12” of snow on the ground. We needed some sunshine and relaxation and that is what we got. The condo was great and just what we needed. Check in and Out process was so easy. Beach chairs and towel were available which was great because we couldn’t bring any with us. We went into Venice and back up to Sarasota and Siesta Keys for dinner and coffe in the mornings. Everything we needed was within 20mins from the condo. We will definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to rent again soon.

We have stayed in several others like this along the Gulf Coast. THis was the best. Clean and comfortable inside and well appointed patio area outside. Steps to beautiful and never crowded Beach.
