Ubicado en más de un acre de tierra, construcción de bloques de concreto, baldosas en todas partes, encimeras de granito en la cocina y el baño, excelente concepto de habitación con una gran cocina de isla, toneladas de gabinetes y espacio de encimera perfecto para inquilinos a los que les gusta cocinar, electrodomésticos nuevos w / lavadora y secadora ubicadas dentro de la casa, suite principal de buen tamaño con vestidor grande, área de patio privado con asientos al aire libre y parrilla, vistas del paisaje natural de Florida. Espacio de estacionamiento al aire libre adicional disponible para estacionamiento de RV y botes. La casa de huéspedes es muy privada de la casa principal. A menos de 10 minutos de la playa, hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina.

Nice Guest House

Unit is just as pictured--very spacious, clean, and well equipped. It is set back off the street in a quiet neighborhood. It was a nice area to do our daily walks. Enjoyed the patio with table/umbrella when we just wanted a relaxing afternoon. We made friends with the family's dogs, Bella and Murphy, and enjoyed giving them their daily "treats". My wife didn't want to leave!

-Owner great to communicate with. Had one tiny issue that he dealt with immediately! -Spacious, and equipped with everything a vacationer could want. Couldn't believe we got so much for such a great price.

Great stay, great owner.

The unit itself was very clean, spacious, well appointed and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect for me - with stores and restaurants nearby and a short drive to the parks I was in the area to visit. It is set back behind the main house so it has privacy but also the owner is near to assist with any issues. The owner is really nice and it was obvious to me that he cares that the guest has a great experience. I will stay again whenever I get the chance to return to the area.

Great getaway

This vrbo is very clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this guest cottage to friends and family. I would also book it again for a stay in Naples. Eric is a good host and very helpful. We have stayed in many vrbos and this is at the top.

Very pleased with the accommodations at Eric's guest house. Eric was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Great location, not far from beaches, highway & other attractions. My husband and I were very comfortable with everything we needed to have a great spring vacation! Already thinking about coming back.

Clean and spacious!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is very spacious and CLEAN. It's also very quiet, and all the necessities are provided! It's located not far from downtown Naples and all the beach options. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay with Eric and Lita! Great secluded spot with beautifully landscaped grounds. The kitchen is awesome! Comfortable living area nice size bedroom and bath! Great night sleep on the cozy King Size Bed!! We travel a lot and give this place 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort and great hosts! Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It was spacious, well-appointed, high-end finishes, private with a big back yard. Eric and Lita were very hospitable and responsive to all our questions and (minor) issues which came up. Highly recommend this absolutely 5-star property!

Quiet and Cozy

We spent 2 nights at this lovely guest house as we were looking for a quiet getaway within 2 hour drive. Eric was a great host as he provided detailed instructions for us to access the property and greeted us in person. The laminated booklet was very well thought out with helpful suggestions including dining etc. As we explored the area, we discovered how friendly folks were and very helpful and approachable. It was great having a beautiful full sized kitchen to prepare meals. Perfect size for both of us. Small table to sit and eat together. Lots of candles for us to use as well. Love love love. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree in the dining area which added a festive feel while we were away from home. Very thoughtful! In addition the main house had charming outdoor decorations too as we entered the main gate. Beautiful and friendly pets that allowed us to spoil them with treats that Eric provided. Adorable! I appreciate how available he made himself to assist in case we needed help, but at the same time carefully avoiding to hover over us. Unit very homely and well stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies. Loved the spacious shower and having 2 TVs in separate areas. We would love to go back again! Value was good. Definitely not doing the pricey one room hotel thing anymore. Love VRBO and love this property.

A wonderful experience

We were very happy with our accommodation. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. We were warmly greeted by Eric, our host and his friendly dogs. The neighborhood is upscale residential. Highly recommended.

Naples break for family event

We appreciated how clean the apartment was. The bed and 2 sofas were very comfortable. The furnishings don't look very "Florida" , more like castoffs from Grandma's house. The bathroom tile, shower etc. are all very good though another towel bar or two would have been helpful. Only room to hang one bath towel and two smaller ones. A hook on the bathroom door would also be helpful.

Very cost effective and pleasant.

My husband and I stayed almost a week and had a lovely time. It is about 15-20 min from the beach, very secluded and private, and not more than 20 minutes from downtown Naples. Very spacious as well.
