Ocean Walk es una pintoresca comunidad de condominios a poca distancia andando en bicicleta del muelle del pueblo, tiendas y restaurantes, así como la playa. El campus muy grande ofrece un parque como el ajuste con los robles centenarios del siglo que sombrean los varios edificios. Outstanding

Perfect place for our beach vacation. Exceptionally clean with great pools and close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. A neighbor smoking ontheir patio constantly cause us to not use our patio so i would suggest smoking only in designated areas on the property.

Island vacation!

This was a beautiful vacation for my husband and I. This condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. This was our first time at the island and loved it. It was located within walking distance to the pier, water front restaurants and shopping. Yes, we will be back!

Good location.

We wanted a quiet escape for a bit. The location is good for walking. Biking or a golf cart would be much better. We ended up driving our truck everywhere. Parking can be a challenge later in the evening but tolerable. The walls are thin and the upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes pans and such.

Perfect location.

This is the 4th time my husband and I have stayed in P-13 and it won't be the last. The unit has obviously been re-done including new furniture, updated bath and kitchen hardware, new flooring, new drapes, etc and it's beautiful. The location is close and convenient to everything on the island [village, shopping, beach, etc] This particular unit is on the back side of the building offering lots of privacy and quiet. Parking has never been a problem. The only negative? It's about a 6 1/2 hour drive from our home here in north Georgia.

Awesome Getaway

Located roughly 1.5 miles from the beach, it was the perfect getaway. Great access to all the local eats and shopping! The condo is perfect for a two people. Only note, if you need to do laundry, you’ll have to pay to use laundry machines in a nearby building.

This was a beautiful place. The property was very pretty and family oriented.

My son enjoyed the pools and riding his bike throughout the complex. It was nice to see so many families with children that he could also play with. It was a bit further than I expected from the beach, but so convenient to everything. Definitely recommend!!

St Simons Respite

Ocean Walk is a great complex. Quiet, to be so busy, and very well maintained. OW P 13 is comfortable, the kitchen is adequately stocked for those who want to cook in. The Pier Village is within walking distance as are plenty of restaurants to chose from and a great dog park.

Air conditioning worked effectively although the unit is outside the bedroom window and noisy at night. We did have a problem with noise from the apartment above, loud footsteps and on Sunday afternoon it sounded like they were sanding the floor!
