Disfruta de las vibraciones de la ciudad de esta casa moderna de lujo de 3 pisos de nueva construcción ubicada en el corazón de la ciudad de la música. Cuenta con increíbles vistas del centro, terraza en la azotea, garaje para 2 autos + estacionamiento en la calle, cocina gourmet del chef, comedor formal y mucho más. Se puede caminar a todos los puntos calientes de Germantown y tan cerca del centro. La terraza de la azotea es el mejor espacio para vivir en Nashville.

Estarás a solo unos minutos de Broadway / Gulch / 12south, uber / lyft solo cuesta alrededor de $ 5- $ 7 para llegar a todos los puntos de acceso.

Esta casa de 3 pisos tiene una terraza en la azotea con pozo de fuego, parrilla y medio baño en el tercer nivel. House tiene chimenea de gas, televisores de pantalla plana con paquete completo de Comcast (cada canal), un gran jambox y wifi rápido.

Fabulous stay, will definitely be returning

This place was perfect for our group of 8 girls who took a weekend trip to see Nashville. The area felt very safe and residential, only a few minute ride to Broadway and the Gulch areas. This place is newly renovated and was completely updated with all the amenities! Comfortable and clean, we could've stayed at the house all weekend without exploring the city. Zac was extremely helpful with planning our stay and the house surpassed all expectations. I would love to visit again, it was an amazing trip and a very special home.

Great house and location

We stayed here, 7 girls, for a girls weekend and loved it! The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The two king bedrooms are really big (there is even an airmatress if you need additional sleeping). The location was great for us. We walked to bars and restaurants in Germantown which is a really cute area. We were short Uber rides from all of downtown like broadway and the gulch. The twin bedroom and two masters are on the second floor. The two twin bedroom is on the first floor but tucked away in the back and has a full bathroom - it felt very private. The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with coffee and other essentials. Zac was awesome to work with, super accommodating. The house was clean and plenty of room for us. We never felt cramped. The rooftop was a bonus, so Nashville! We hope to be back. We loved it!!

AMAZING Nashville home!

Our group of three couples couldn't have found a better place to stay in Nashville. The house is beautiful, spacious, updated and we loved the rooftop deck. Less than a ten minute ride to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood. Thank you Zac for being such a wonderful host!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The house is really nice and modern. Gorgeous kitchen, nice big bathrooms and showers. Two bedrooms with King size beds. Love the peaceful rooftop seating for relaxing. Neighborhood felt safe for running or being outside- we had no issues and my husband ran daily in the area. Lots of people walking dogs in the neighborhood ❤️. Everything we needed was already in the house. Property manager was friendly and fun- even offered events info and things to do. You’re 5-10 mins from anything in Nashville you’d want to do here. Best vacation ever and I’d def stay here again. It’s worth it.

Cozy House - great for a group

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It met our needs as a group of 7 - plenty of beds and showers and places to hang out. We loved the rooftop and fire pit and would stay here again. Ubers were cheap and easy to get to downtown or wherever we wanted to go.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with so many convenient Amenities! We had plenty of space for a family girl’s weekend with a party of 8. Lots of bathroom space for everyone to get ready. Loved spending an afternoon on the rooftop patio!

Weekend getaway

I rented this property for a bachelorette party weekend getaway and everyone loved it! The kitchen was perfect for cooking some meals and everyone in my party was comfortably able to have their own bed and space. Ubers to Broadway were really cheap and easy to get. Place was super clean and I would stay here again!

Awesome rental!

Beautiful and very much worth the money. Would be perfect for a family get away as there are tons of rooms. 2 masters, a room with bunk beds and a room with two twin beds. Very very clean. Kitchen was awesome with tons of room to sit around and talk. Unfortunately it snowed so didn’t get to utilize the rooftop but would have loved to! 10/10 would book this property. We had an issue with check in, but only reason had nothing to do with the actual owner of the property, the house manual with code to get in the home never made its way to us, however the property manager felt so bad and definitely made it up to us. Thank you thank you!

Weekend getaway for Nashville marathon

Good location in a gentrified area. Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Easy access to downtown and Broadway. We had a car and parking was convenient. Took advantage of the rooftop fire pit one evening. The home was clean and well kept.

Stay at Salemtown

We LOVED the house and it was so easy to get to Broadway. A lot of room, kitchen was easy to navigate, and the roof top area was awesome. We did not explore Germantown as much and should have asked where to get groceries! We could not hear live music from the rooftop, which was one one thing we thought we soul dhave.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at this house! It was very spacious and slept 7 of us comfortably. The upstairs deck with a grill and firepit was a great place to relax :) The only downside is that we kept finding things that were not cleaned thoroughly, especially the kitchen. Other than that, we had a blast! Would definitely stay here again !

FABULOUS Nash Vegas Bach Bash!

We fell immediately in love with this house! It's huge, clean, exactly as pictured. It's set up so cute and we LOVED all the outdoor space, especially the rooftop grill and fire pit! Zac went above and beyond in terms of hospitality, even going so far as to let us check in 10 hours early and check out 7 hours late so as to accommodate our flight times and luggage concerns. The location is just a quick Uber to everything downtown, and is walkable to grocery, liquor, and coffee shops! We LOVED our stay, would 100% stay again and would 100% recommend for any large groups looking for a fun stay in Music City!

Awesome house!

This house is exactly as advertised, you will not be disappointed! The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. We loved hanging out on the rooftop. It is a short drive to broadway. Check in and check out process was very easy. Zac responded quickly when asked a question. Hope to stay there again when we return to Nashville.

Great getaway weekend!

My sister and I planned a weekend with our daughters for Mother’s Day weekend. The house was great! Neat and clean. Zac was easy to reach if I needed to contact him for any reason. Great location set in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown is only a short car ride. We’d definitely recommend this property.

Girls trip during the NFL Draft

We planned this birthday trip 1 year ago not realizing the Draft would be in town. Our home was AMAZING and we didn’t skip a beat. Lyft was quick and convenient. So nice staying OUT of the city yet so close. House was amazing! Zac was amazing!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Zac!!!
