Esta propiedad está ubicada directamente en el Golfo de México, en el corazón de Destin, a poca distancia de las tiendas y de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Destin. Esta propiedad está a un corto trayecto en coche del parque de atracciones Track y del parque acuático Big Kahunas. Tome paseos románticos en la playa! Disfrute de las puestas de sol! Go Deep Sea Fishing es una de las más hermosas aguas del Golfo que jamás verá.

El Coral Reef Club es un destino favorito recientemente renovado y con más encanto que nunca. El condominio es un condominio pintoresco de tres pisos complejo que cuenta con una piscina, tejo, y parrillas de carbón. Usted encontrará Coral Reef Club a ser más privado que algunos de los grandes condominios de varios pisos en la zona. One of the best spots in Destin

This was our 2nd stay at the Coral Reef Club and it did not disappoint. One of the most idyllic spots in Destin. The condo was great and comfortable. Great space and updated. Electronics in every room although we used those minimally. Kids had entire upstairs space. The beach is irresistibly close. And sitting with the doors open is simply why we came. A great stay and would recommend for any families wanting a terrific space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location. Management is very helpful. Lots of remodeling going on this year, which made the stay more difficult. However the construction crew was very courteous and helped whenever they could. The condo could have been cleaned better and the living room furniture was not comfortable. Have stayed in this condo for many years!

Condo was not cleaned and furniture in living room needs replaced along with refrigerator which has broken seals. Sheets did not fit the beds.Location was great and the weather and view were beautiful!

Great stay at Coral Reef Club #38

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 5 or 6th time we have stayed at CRC, and the first time in a 3rd floor, 2-story unit. We loved the extra space upstairs, complete with a full bathroom between two bedrooms. There is also a large closet between the bedrooms, easily accommodating all people on the unit's second floor. We can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of the unit and the property itself. It is very well maintained. AND it's got a great location on the beach, right next to Henderson State Park and so convenient to a lot of things on 98.The unit kitchen is well stocked, and more than evenough linens provided (bring your beach towels). We love this complex and we will be back!

Unit 38 coral Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at this condo fort 10 yrs or more during the winter months. Love the location and the staff. During these years little has been done in the condo. We have gotten some new wood floors, 2 chairs and some new lamps. Last year the condo was very dirty when we arrived. This year it was somewhat better. This year we asked for new lawn furniture as it was completely rusted, the plug ends had to be fixed, the fan in bathroom had to be replaced, the handle on the sink upstairs had to be fixed, the door lock needs repairs . The staff was very on top of all our requests. The couch,and the rug in the living room is dirty and is unravelling both need replaced. They did do some painting touch up but a lot of paint left on the tile. Several tiles in kitchen and bathroom are broken. Love the tall toilets but the sinks could be replaced. The cleaners should clean under the refrigerator nd also clean the seSweeper. I feel like the only time the vacumn is cleaned is every year I have to take it all apart and and clean it before I can use it. Also the dryer is full of lint and we had to have it cleaned. Also had to have ice maker checked out . Maybe I am to picky but for the many years I have been here nothing much has been done. When you live in it for a few months and what I pay I think the owners should keep it up better. Love the location and the staff!

Family Easter Break

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Beach access was great! Gabriel (beach attendant) was fun and very accommodating! We had to purchase extra garbage bags and toilet paper for the rooms because office said we only get what was in there room which was 2 bags and 3 partial toilet paper rolls, but that might be normal. Would definitely recommend due to location.
