Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Paso derecho a su puerta y caminar a la hermosa playa. Usted tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está lleno como el otro condominio de alto aumento en la zona. Y usted tendrá dos sillas de playa y un paraguas esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor hasta esta espaciosa unidad del segundo piso con pisos de baldosas y alfombras, 1 dormitorio con cama king size y 1 baño. Usted tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, un vestíbulo alcoba con literas, WIFI gratuito, y una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. La sala de estar / comedor ofrece un bonito bar. Usted puede salir a su balcón privado con vistas al brillante Golfo de México! Juegue en la piscina climatizada frente al mar y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sefarer is our home away from home for us. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is in a great location and there is so much to do nearby. Some of the units have been updated while others still need to be updated. All in all it is a great place to be for the week.

Parking was the only thing that was bad .the contract says 2 parking spaces and it only had enough room for a compact car.

Small Cozy Facility...Wonderful!!!

This smaller condo building is located between two larger condo buildings on different properties. Our beach only had one row of umbrellas and was not crowded at all. The neighboring beaches were totally the opposite. Great place to stay during COVID!!!!

Great spot on the beach! But cleanliness was questionable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Okay great spot on the beach. But the condo cleaning was not good. A lot of sand and dirt on floor, wife cleaned ceiling fans before she would sleep under them. Back sliding door lock would not work. Had to request a new air filter for ac unit ( it was totally clogged with dirt and wrong size for unit allowing the unit coils to stay dirty, owners may want to ck that out). It could be perfect with a few small updates, provide more bed linens, blankets and cleaning. Staff was responsive and nice. Hard to not like being on the beach but for the price I expected cleanliness.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a big fan of Destin Seafarer and have stayed here many times and always have been happy with the condos I have stayed in. Condo 113 was not up to the same standards as others I have stayed in. The bathroom was very dated (shower fixtures really old, drain plug didn't work for baths, cracked tile). Ice maker was so noisy it had to be turned off at night. Sliding glass door leading to the balcony would not lock. These are all minor items; I only bring them up to compare to the other rooms we have stayed in. As usual the staff was great, beach was pristine, and property was quiet during later hours. We will continue to book future Destin vacations at this location (just will pick something other than 113).

Needs upgrade on customer service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here for close to 20 years!! We love this place and location. This year getting there we were greeted with a "what's up". Granted we were early, but we knew we could not get into room but wanted them to know we were there and to let us know when the room was ready. Prices have risen but no noticeable improvements have been made. Nothing horrible but would like to see some things done like paint the outside of building there is alot of pieces of stucco bubbling and peeling. Things that I have noticed this time around were still there probably 2 years ago. I know that the maintenance guy is only one person, but it seems like you could hire outside to get additional help.

Nice that it’s on the beach.

Two negatives, if you’re handicapped there is no beach access and you use an actual key to your room with the room number on it. If lost that can be a security problem. Everything else was good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit was very clean with a bit of wear and tear in the bathroom a few aging kitchen utensils. Sleeping six would be tough, but doable with young ones.
