Esta encantadora casa de playa de tres pisos, cuatro habitaciones y tres baños completos ofrece cerca de 2,500 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, dos porches y un nido de cuervos con dos camas individuales adicionales.

En la planta baja encontrará una espaciosa sala de estar con TV de 52 ", comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, microondas, lavaplatos y área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora estándar. Justo al lado de la sala y el comedor hay un gran porche con muchos asientos al aire libre.

Además de las principales áreas de estar en la planta baja, se encuentra la suite principal con una cómoda área de descanso y un baño principal generoso con una gran bañera de jardín, una ducha con mampara de vidrio separada, tocador doble y una sala de inodoro separada. Una habitación de invitados está justo al lado del vestíbulo y adyacente a un baño completo separado.

Arriba, descubrirá dos dormitorios para invitados, un baño completo y una pintoresca sala de estar. Unos pocos pasos más conducen al nido de cuervos amueblado con vistas panorámicas del hermoso Golfo de México. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. The property was clean and convenient. I do have a recommendation to replace toilets on lower floor. They were caulked way too much and wobbled. More to protect the owner for future problems and repairs. We loved our stay and Martinique.

Great Place to Stay with Families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay again this year. We have been several times to Martinique and overall are pleased everytime. I would suggest maybe updated all white appliances with new appliances. Do away with side by side refridgerators as you just can't get several bags of needed ice in them or just perhaps get a chest type freezer for the garage.

The kitchen was well stocked with plates and glasses but the pans were ok ?? Had trouble cooking .. the golf cart needs to be looked at ! It screeched a lot!!!! The security guys all were very nice !!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was dirty when we arrived, floors on all levels were sandy, dead bugs everywhere. Kitchen counters and dining table were sticky. The toilets were old and rickety, and showers were slippery- would have been nice to have some handicapped bars in the showers for safety. The golf cart was terrible, all four tires flat, rough riding, and the windshield was broken. The furniture was old and very dirty, the couch in particular needed a towel on it for us to be comfortable sitting on it. Lastly, it was very weird having the owner’s personal family photos displayed. We had to change houses a few weeks before our trip was planned, and know why this one was available. We will not be staying in this house again and don’t recommend.

Greatly Disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immediately upon arrival to Another Day in Paradise, we realized this would not be nearly as nice as our previous stays at Martinique. We opened the door to a strong musty smell and discovered many disappointments to follow. While the sleeping arrangements were exactly as described, the ammenities were inaccurate and the condition of the home left something to be desired. Of the items listed in the description, that were a part of us choosing this home, there was no fish cooker or counter ice maker, as well as the grill did not work properly which left it unusable. There were cracks in the ceiling, water leaks in multiple places, and a window leak big enough that the inside of it filled with bugs after dark. We ended up purchasing air fresheners to try to rid the home of the smell, and multiple items to use in the kitchen to help with our cooking and storage during the week. I regards to the facilities provided by Martinique, the grounds are in need of updates and repairs. Also, the shower areas were never properly cleaned out so stayed clogged all week, as well as trash cans not being emptied frequently leaving awful odors. So sad that the prices continue to increase but the facilities are deteriorating, even the homes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Each time I have stayed in a renta, the surface around the door knobs is black and dirty. This is not good, but when there is more concern in cleanliness due to pandemic, I do not feel that the necessary cleaning has taken place. The beds were very, very hard in a couple of the bedrooms. I reported the garage door not working and that was not repaired. It stayed open during our stay. Also, I do not know why there was such a layer of sand on downward slope of board walk, but it make navigation very difficult. Overall, we all enjoy our stays here and this trip made our fifth visit.

The house is spacious and had everything we needed with some extras. It was very clean and office staff members were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early.

Nice space

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware and the pantry and fridge was large enough for all the food our families wanted. The crow's nest was nice and cool(we have stayed other places where it was hot up there) with 2 beds and a rollaway, it worked nicely for the little kids. We have stayed at The Martinique, all different homes, several times now and the properties have always been pretty well clean. I had to clean a few things when we arrived this time. These things weren't really an issue that I was that upset about, but it would have been nice to not have to do that. The beach chairs that are advertised are locked away in a cabinet in the garage so you can't use them, just make sure to go buy some or bring your own. The furniture in the living room needs a good deep cleaning or replaced. Overall I would say we enjoyed this homes space.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house, it is beautiful. However, it was infested with large red ants. We called the office and they did send out a technician in 2 days, who sprayed around with a spray can. It helped, but did not solve the problem. The dishwasher also needed repairs.I accidentally left the charger to my electric toothbrush plugged in on the vanity in the master bath, along with a little glass holder for the tooth brush (it was not turned in by housekeeping) and I called the office and asked if they could inquire about it with the current guests and they refused saying that it would interfere with their vacation. I told them that I do have gum issues and was advised by my dentist to use an electric tooth brush daily. The office declined to follow up until the current guests vacate the property. We have been guests at Martinique for the last 6 or 7 years and don't think we will go back next year. My dreams of this ideal place have been somewhat shattered by our customer service experience and I doubt that I will even hear back from them regarding the charger. Sorry for the negativity on Martinique, I never thought that I would have unpleasant feelings about that beautiful place.Sincerely,Judy Twele

Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at Martinique since 2001. Another Day in Paradise is in need of some love. Big water spots in downstairs guest bathroom, many carpenter ants on stairs and mater bathroom that we had to vacuum each night. Lower dishwasher rack does not roll out when loaded (missing wheels), downstairs air-conditioning in guest bedroom not working well. Repairmen came twice and discovered that the unit is original and is full of salt scales. Switch keeps flipping off, so we had to move upstairs and displace another guest to the crow's nest to share. Golf cart has a non-functioning headlight and the garage door has bad wiring, thus taking two people each night to close it (one to hold the wires in place and one to push button requiring multiple tries each night. None of our keys (except one) worked to any of the doors. Even a guard/maintenance man tried. To say the least, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The gals at the front desk were very nice and as helpful as they could be. We made sure they had this complete list of to-do's. Like most people, we have to save for vacation and don't get to go every year. We paid a lot of money for this large house, so disappointed is an understatement.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dishwasher was broken. We called maintenance. They came and told us that they couldn't fix it and that it was "old". This was a big issue because we ate all our meals in and had lots of adults and kids. The wifi was broken and they were unable to fix it also. The maintenance person came and worked on it and then called Mediacom but they never came. Then, when I called to check on the repair, the maintenance man had gone on vacation and there was no one on site who could come by. We stayed a week and this was an issue because we had people staying with us who needed to use it for work. The ice maker was also broken so we kept having to buy ice. We love Martinique but were disappointed with this house.

Another Day in Paradise a great disappointment!

Reviewer Comments: While vacation with family was great, the accommodations were not! Things began upon arrival at 2:45 ( 3:00 check in advertised). House wasn't ready and told it would be more like 4:00. One person in office was very snippy when questioned about the delay. The other girl was very sweet and apologetic. Finally got in but was asked to gold last load of towels in the dryer. Sofa and recliners were filthy. Dishwasher didn't work well. Ice maker in fridge didn't make enough ice for one meal, much less for a whole day. Not a cookie sheet to be found to bake anything on. Grill was filthy and not nearly large enough for a unit that sleeps 11. Bikes were advertised as available but they were padlocked together so couldn't be used. Carpet was in terrible shape, unraveling and fraying everywhere. Over $4000 for this house was way too much for what we got. Won't be staying there again or recommending it to anyone.
