Ubicado en una exuberante propiedad de dos acres, Meraki Place es una villa de nueva construcción, sencilla, elegante y de diseño moderno con dos dormitorios y un baño. Está a pocos pasos de la exquisita Long Bay Beach.  El espacio al aire libre está bien utilizado, con un gran porche totalmente protegido con áreas de comedor y de estar completas, perfectas para disfrutar de las comidas o descansar al aire libre. Sobre la cubierta ofrece vistas del océano y brisas frescas y constantes. Hay una cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.  Una parrilla también se proporciona. Justo al lado de la casa es una piscina privada y patio. Después de nadar o regresar del océano, uno puede enjuagarse en la ducha al aire libre.
Ubicado a solo dos cuadras de distancia de Long Bay Beach en el vecindario de Long Bay Hills, enclavado en la hermosa vegetación de las Islas Turcas y Caicos, Meraki Place es el epítome de la relajación. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con acceso a Long Bay Beach, a solo unos minutos a pie, y Grace Bay, a diez minutos en coche. Perfect T&C retreat!

Our family of three traveled to Turks over the week of New Year’s. The property provided plenty of room and privacy, and everywhere we wanted to go was within a 15 minute drive. The owner sent us a very comprehensive list of things to know before traveling, which really helped with our planning. The private pool area is sunny in the morning and the rooftop deck made for some awesome stargazing at night! I’d say the only drawback is that the home is on an unpaved road and it was a bit of a learning curve to manage with a compact rental car. Next time we’ll probably rent an SUV.

Private and peaceful

My family and I just returned from a great stay at Meraki Place. The home was equipped with everything we needed; comfy furnishings, refreshing pool, and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the fantastic Provo weather. We are looking forward to returning again. Thank you Peter for everything.

Enjoyed the Secluded Location

Our family really enjoyed staying in Long Bay at Peter's villa. We explored the islands every single day. Nothing was longer than a 20 minute drive away but most things were 10 minutes or less. The house itself was perfectly sized for my husband and I and our 10 and 12 year old. We spent our days roaming about so only spent time at the house early morning and evenings. Everything functioned properly. The pool was very nice. My husband used the grill with no issues. Bed was comfortable and WiFi worked fine. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We really liked the privacy of the area. We felt really safe. If we ever have the pleasure of visiting TCI again, we would definitely rent this villa again.

Beautiful oasis

Perfect private island retreat. House was easy to find, well equipped and me and my husband had more than enough space. Multiple beach access points within 2-5 min drive. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to be away from the major resorts.

Wonderful Villa!

My husband and I spent 5 days at this property to celebrate my birthday. It could not have been better!! The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area close to Long Bay Beach which we visited several times during our stay. We also loved taking a dip in the pool and watching the sunrise on the deck. Peter was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property manager Shawn was wonderful and had the house decorated with rose petals and flowers for my birthday. He also had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we arrived which made my birthday extra special. The drive from the airport was a breeze, and the house was clean and had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Private paradise

This beautiful gem is tucked away in the beautiful Long Bay Hills yet a short drive to Grace Bay. It’s walking distance to a long stretch of pristine and virgin turquoise water beaches. The villa has every amenity you may need for a comfortable Caribbean vacation. We truly enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Fantastic!!!!!

Our stay at this villa was the best vacation we’ve ever had. Total relaxation. The hosts were easy to contact and gave great suggestions for testaurants and other places on the island. The house is lovely, the beds are great, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We spent hours and hours in the pool and on the patio. I was able to relax and completely get away from.all my stress at this house We will return again!

Great times at Meraki place. House is very clean and have all a family can need. Quiet. Very private. Short walk to Long Bay beach or short drive to Grace Bay. Ideal for couples and small families. Will definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend

This was our first time to the island and we are so glad that we chose this property for our "home base" for exploring the island. The owner is great to work with on every level and is very responsive. The local property manager is also very hospitable and quick to respond with any needs. Everything you need is well thought of. The location in Long Bay Hills was away from all the "busyness" of Grace Bay, yet close enough to be about anywhere within 15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to leave. Thanks for offering a great property.

Can’t wait to get back 🌴

Sharla & Pete were gracious hosts. The property was all we needed and more. The pool was clean, the outdoor shower was dreamy and the beds super comfy. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We spent a few days on their beach and most of the other days down by the shore club because we were kiting. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and it was also great to have a washer and dryer. I don’t have one single complaint for the property. Glad we got to escape during covid and even the testing in and out of Turks was super easy. We look forward to visiting again! Thanks you 😃.

A lovely villa

We had a great time staying here. Considering the pandemic and our inclination to be as careful as possible we wanted a place that was a bit more secluded and away, but not far, from central places on Providenciales. It was easy to get here from where we picked up our car and in an area that was quiet and picturesque. Being pretty central, the furthest we had to travel by car was 30mins to the farthest point on the island (Malcolm Beach). Otherwise it was anywhere from 10 to 20 mins to any center or restaurant we wanted to go to. While off the beaten path, there were constant patrols from local security and we always felt safe, the general feeling on the island as well. The pool was perfect, the deck a lovely place to Star gaze or tan, and the interior super comfortable. We cannot wait to come back! The road was rocky when we pulled up to the house but considering all the development in the area, this will likely get paved and only enhance the experience.

Great owners at this beautiful home

HI, I did not actually get to stay a at this beautiful home due to Turks and Caicos errors with the Assured Portal, but I will say the owners are excellent. They reach out to me a couple of times before my visit with get advice and answered all my questions. The also refunded me my money with no problem because they really felt my pain about what I when though trying to get into Turks. When I decide to go back after Corona virus goes away. I will defiantly book this beautiful home.

Perfect

Meraki place is a short drive to anything you want to do on the island. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The outside space is very usable and comfortable. The tropical breeze in the evening while relaxing on the comfortable porch was very perfect. The pool is beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our relaxing stay. The beach is very accessible with a short walk. Some days we preferred to float and relax in the pool. Meraki place is the perfect way to enjoy Turks & Caicos. The hosts were very informative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had 5 days on Long Bay Hills - the location is great, top beach, very quiet and away from the buzz yet convenient to get to all restaurants and groceries. The house is exactly as described and a as a bonus Netflix on TV. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Perfect TCI getaway

Everything about Merkati Place was great for our family of 4. including several cats (feral? Spayed? Clipped ears)who visited often. The state of the access roads absolutely necessitates an SUV or Jeep, however. We didn't use AC; fans and open windows worked well. Strong winds often blew doors shut, and it rained in sun porch 2x pretty significantly. We really appreciated all the beach towels and other beach gear, outdoor shower, and big spray and sun screen. Very comfortable king bed and pillows. Screen doors from each bedroom to lower balcony would have allowed even more cross ventilation. If screen doors from sun porch latched properly, they wouldn't blow open

Amazing home with everything you need!

We had such a lovely stay at Meraki Place. It had all the comforts of home with the added bonus of being in paradise. The house was spotless, it was a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. We particularly loved eating on the screened in porch and stargazing from the pool/upper deck at night. Thank you! We hope to come again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family of four stayed at Meraki Place in April - it was the perfect home base to explore the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos. We have two young kids, and the house was just the right size for the four of us. There was plenty of space to spread out and having our own pool was such a bonus. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. AC in the bedrooms, worked very well, and open windows created a nice breeze. We made a good number of meals at the house, and probably ate out for at least one meal a day. The kitchen was well stocked, and we also used the grill. We grocery shopped at the IGA, and bought wine, rum, etc. at the Wine Cellar, just up the road from the IGA - prices weren't all that bad, have seen much worse on other islands. I would definitely advise renting a car - hard to get around without one. The road leading up to the house is VERY bumpy - but once you drive it a couple of times, you get used to it. We had a small economy car, it worked for us just fine. There's a beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk from the house. We also explored Grace Bay beach (10 minute ride from the house), snorkeled at Bight park and Smith's reef, saw turtles, barracuda, rays, and lots of other fish. Also drove out to Sapodilla Bay (25 minute ride from the house), which was unlike anything I've seen - such clear, shallow water, very soft sand, and hardly anyone there. But the best beach we visited was Taylor Bay, just a minute or two away from Sapodilla Bay. Unbelievable, so beautiful, the kids could walk out for what seemed like forever, and still only be waist deep. It was unreal! We started most mornings at a beach, had lunch out, and came back to spend the rest of the afternoon/evening at the house - it really was a wonderful, relaxing place to spend a week. Our kids had fun splashing in the pool, exploring the grounds around the house looking for lizards, and playing games in the screened in porch. The owners have created a perfect beach vacation home, and I'm so glad we chose this one - we did tons of research looking for the best spot for our family - it was all worth it to land here. Great communication leading up to our trip, as well, as I had tons of questions about kid-friendly beaches, restaurants, etc. We ate at a number of places that the owners mentioned - they were all excellent! If you have the chance, try these out: Mr Grouper, Somewhere, Yoshis, Las Brisas, Danny Buoys, Jammin Gelato. Enjoy!!

Well appointed! Perfect for a couple!

My husband and I recently stayed at Meraki Place. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach, including snorkeling gear! Nice private pool. Two bedrooms, we used one as our closet as the one in the Master was pretty small and crowded with other things. The air in the Master was great! We didn't need any in the rest of the house. Nice, quiet neighborhood with access to Long Bay Beach next to the Pearl Villa. Our favorite was Sunset Beach though. Very convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants!! Highly recommend for a couple or family with children. Not quite large enough for us if we were traveling with friends, but we weren't so it was perfect!
