Before I elaborate on my experience, I do want to acknowledge Carrie, with Island Realty - she moved us to another location the next day. This place is absolutely filthy. It starts with the complex and the exterior door being covered in a nasty liquid splattered all over it. There is dirt and grime everywhere...the door trim, walls, the tub, door handles, and I would never let my kids touch those steps to the bunks. There were hairs on the sheets, walls, and a huge yellow stain on one of the towels.Also, the toilet is very short - almost child like - and the bed is practically on the floor so if you have any issues,or had back surgery like me, its very hard to get up and down. I would equate it to a Red Roof Inn. There's obviously housekeeping issues, but also in need of some PM work. When they moved us to another location, there were no issues there and it was very comfortable. I do wish there had been a way to contact the office and be moved when we checked in, but it was after hours and no way to discuss the issues with the office - only an emergency maintenance line.
