The condo was clean, and had all we needed for a week stay. Close to good seafood restaurants and the beach. The shuttle and the private beach with complimentary umbrellas and beach chairs were great. Communication with Dean was good. Oh, the pool was nice too. Overall it was a good stay for my wife and I.

This property in the Wild Pines of Bonita Bay is the perfect amount of everything. Completely functional and fully stocked with everything you need to fully get away and relax. The pool is clean and ready for interaction with other snowbirds or quiet enough for just soaking up the sun. The nearby restaurants are incredible. Access to the Bonita Bay private beach on the ocean is a real treat.

Great stay

Stayed for a week with my husband and daughter. The floors were very dirty, but everything else was clean and great! Great location and lots to do for a family.

Staying in Bonita Bay is like living in a botanical garden. Such a beautiful place. Loved to take walks on the paved trails and saw marsh rabbits and even a bobcat one morning. We enjoyed the beach, kayaks, bocce ball and lectures. The unit was as described and Dean was responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be returning to Bonita Bay again.

Can't beat the view!

Cozy and clean. Perfect for a small family needing a warm weather getaway. Location is ideal for easy walk to Promenade and Saturday morning Farmer's Market (seasonal only). Bonita Bay is heaven on earth!

Great experience

We've stayed in Bonita Bay before. We enjoy the quiet walks, birds, and smiles of our neighbors. The condo met our needs. It was neat, clean, and had a nice view of the pond and sunsets. The owner was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate us during the two years of COVID. We had a great stay.

"Wild Pines" in Bonita Bay our site in the world !

The Lanai of this Condo has the best view you can dream of, the million dollar view. Dean Murin was extremely easy to work. Perfect Condo for one couple. Enjoyed riding the bikes and we walked about 3 Miles along the trails and it´s lovely property to stroll through. Beach Club and Bikes a real plus. Great value ! A restful home away from home.

Great value

We love Bonita Bay and typically rent a 2-bedroom in Wild Pines but couldn't get one this year for the dates we wanted and they were also really expensive, so we opted for this very reasonably priced 1-bedroom instead and did not regret it. A well set up unit that has everything you need with a wonderful corner lanai with great views of both water and golf course. We also loved the two-person swing in front of the building facing of a lake with alligators and other wild live that rivals a state park.

Bonita Beach Condo

The location, porch view and surroundings were beautiful and very quiet! Only major objections were that the interior appearance was dated. The entry lock was difficult to read the numbers at night and difficult to open (needs new lockbox (IMHO). Also, no garbage disposal under sink. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the property host and would definitely consider renting again. Thanks! Fred/Judy Thompson

Our place in the world !

Once again we have spent a wonderful 1 Month at the Dean & Cheryl property in Bonita Bay. As always everything was in order, clean and neat. Also in the Beach Club, the attention of the staff, attentive, friendly and very efficient. Also working with Dean is good and smooth. That is why we will surely return ... not next year because there is no longer a place in his house, on the dates chosen by us. Thank you very much for everything Dean & Cheryl and many good omens for this upcoming Christmas. Lillian & Rob Covas

Nice but needs an update

We stayed here for 4 nights. I mean, you get what you pay for. It is a nice unit that has not not been updated/renovated for a good 30-40 years but in a nice neighborhood. The pool is a little tired but calm. Every morning at 7:00, they maintain the golf course in front of the unit so expect to be awaken by the noise. But the view is great!

Relaxing retreat in beautiful gated community!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Dean’s Condo. We received a very detailed email with entry instructions from Dean and had no issue upon arrival. Every morning we drank coffee on the balcony and watched the golfers. In the afternoon we walked over to the pool which is located just on the other side of the parking lot. We visited the beach for sunset which is a must do. The condo’s location is very convenient with Fresh Market and Publix located on the other side of Tamiami Trail. We took an Uber in to Naples one night and had dinner at Seasons 52 and then an after dinner drink at The Blue Martini. The bed at Dean’s Condo was so comfortable. The entire place had exactly what we needed for our stay.

Great location on Gulf Coast

We rented this condo for a week in order to do some exploring, birding, and relaxing. Bonita Bay development is a great location: access to National Wildlife Refuges, State Parks, and preserves; close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants; and close to beaches. In fact, the development runs a free shuttle from the condo to the beach every hour. We used it every day. What a great service! For those who like to swim in pools, there is a very nice one a couple of hundred yards away from the condo. The condo itself faces west, with a nice screen porch for relaxing. (Only negative: in the morning the golf green maintenance machinery can be very loud.) The condo has everything one needs, including excellent WiFi and television. There are miles of walking and bike paths in the development, and three parks worth exploring. We found it a great place to stay.

Love Bonita Bay

This condo is located in a premiere gated community in Bonita Springs. We absolutely loved the location. As another review noted you are on the first hole of the golf course and the grounds crew is out at 7 a.m. Hard to sleep with the slider open due to noise. Otherwise the view is wonderful. The condo itself was too small for us. It is a one bedroom, with absolutely no storage. We had suitcases, coolers, and other paraphernalia piled in every nick and cranny possible. For a week I can see this as not being a problem. For us it was too cramped for a month. Dean is very responsive owner. The only real issue with the condo is the cleaners. I found two year old receipts and items under every piece of furniture in the bedroom. And loads of dust. Needs more TLC.
