Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit for a family in Dewey. Updated furniture for 2023 was very comfortable, all appliances worked well, plenty of space, great Wi-Fi service. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach, easy walk to all the restaurants. My family had a great stay - highly recommend.

Great location

Great location and place was clean. Small appliances were updated and unit had all pots and pans and dishes we needed. However, on the first evening our washing machine leaked. Noone came to fix it until Monday and said nothing was wrong. The machine woukd not go through soin cycle if you set it on full time. All the clothes were so wet it took foreverbto dry. We had to find someplace else to do our laundry until we figured out we had to manually move dial to spin cycle on Friday. We did call back but noone came back to help us and noone called us back to say noone was coming back to try to see what was wrong. We finally just set it for 14 minutes and then it did go through spin cycle. Unfortunately, we didnt figure that out until Friday. I love Rodman since we have more family staying on that street.

Multiple issues it was not clean there was garbage under furniture in bedrooms and living bathrooms not to clean. House was loaded with flies. Stains on pillow shames. Doors don’t lock. Leak from ceiling over master bedroom bed. Needs to be repaired. Garbage disposal needs repair toilet in hall needs repair. Highly disappointed!! The owner should be ashamed. The place needs a lot of fixing.

Great Stay

Nice unit with plenty of space for a young family of 4. Great proximity to beach and restaurants. Unit had good internet connection and all TV's worked well. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to get along for the week. Family room furniture slightly dated but still very functional. Parking was great and complex had a nice outdoor shower to use before coming home from beach.

Great Vacation!

This was a great location and the set up of the condo was perfect for what we needed. The only issue we had was with bedding. To rent linens through the real estate agency, it was double the price of renting through a separate company so we rented from a separate company. One of the beds was labeled as a queen bed but was actually a king bed so we needed to take a trip to Walmart to buy sheets for that bed.

Great stay close to the beach!

Some friends and I stayed at this condo and had a great weekend! The place is clean and the it's right on the block facing the beach. A great plus is that it's dog friendly :)

Great location on the beach block.

We had a great stay here - while the apartment is on the corner of Rodney and the Coastal Highway, the only noise was on one of the balconies, nothing when inside. It was a few short steps to the lovely beach - early morning dog walks (before 9.30am) yielded many dolphin and pelican sightings. Just wonderful. The apartment was fully equipped and as listed. Some minor repairs were needed to a door lock and were taken care of within 10 minutes of calling, carefully with masks and social distancing. For a COVID-friendly vacation place, as long as you navigate beach crowds during the busy times of day, it was perfect.

Great location

The location in Dewey is great. Very short walk to beach. The unit is nice, well equipped. The only problems are that the A/C struggled to get temperature below 76, the flood lights in the kitchen are very warm (like heat lamps) and should be replaced with LED to keep heat down, the vacuum cleaner was completely clogged with dust dirt and hair, required a complete tear down and cleaning, also the furnace filter appeared not to have been changed in a long time. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

My one issue was that it was not a rental by owner, rather a realtor listed it. I was then charged a VRBO fee. I also had to drive out of my way to pick up and drop off keys. Every other time I have stayed at a VRBO property, there is either a lockbox or a combination lock.

Loved the floor plan, and clean

The floor plan worked really well. Kids had their own bath. Master had its bath. Place was clean. Window blinds could be replaced, ceiling in one room needs some attention . Rental staff were excellent. Anything we needed they made happen
