Spectacular Oceanfront Condo ~ Excellent Location!

Feel the ocean spray while reclining on the balcony! This leaves you with spectacular views, that you will not believe a condo unit can provide. This view is yours from both the living room and the master bedroom. Talk about romantic!

The Sea Matanzas rental condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed to go along with the king size ocean view. The secondary bedroom also has a king size bed!. This brings our maximum occupancy to four guests.

The kitchen contains a stove and oven, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and more. Cooking made easy while enjoying the beach views and dining oceanfront!

The Summer Haven area is pretty remote - on a barrier island south of Fort Matanzas, just north of Marineland. People who want to 'get away' from it all really like it - only a 20 minute northerly drive to Historic Downtown, 10 minutes to St. Augustine Beach 'proper'. There are plenty of attractions near the condo – Fort Matanzas, Marineland, Fishing, State Parks, and more. Head into Saint Augustine for some history and shopping. Continue north a bit into Jacksonville, and maybe take in a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game. Possibly a round of golf in Sawgrass Ponte Vedra or 18 holes at the World Golf Village?

Head south from the vacation rental to hit Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, and eventually, Cape Canaveral. All within a short drive. Orlando theme parks like Disney and Universal Studios are just a day trip away. Relax at the beach, hit the theme parks, and come back for more relaxation at the beach!

The property was very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again. We are active so the stairs weren't a problem for us. Condo was clean.

One of the most hidden gems in Florida. Close enough to the Old City yet at the same time, the most secluded beautiful beaches we have ever been to. Even on a busy labor Day weekend, we felt very private and alone. Other tenants, renters were super nice, lots of dogs, no issues, like I said the property is one of a kind. The units are set up in such a a way, that you don't see your neighbors and the beach so large & wide, you're not on top of each other. We will definitely be back. Our dogs had the best 3 days & nights of their lives. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES

Peaceful Getaway

What a great getaway spot! It is such a quiet place and everyone around was super friendly. This rental is absolutely as described. The condo was spotless and well stocked with dishes, utensils, beach chairs, etc. The king beds were very comfortable. It is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs at this location and due to the wood structure, there is NO grilling. This is a spot we look forward to coming back to in the future. We absolutely enjoyed our time on the beach and will recommend this unit to our friends.

Great Beach Condo with Gorgeous Views

We enjoyed our 2nd stay here. The condo is perfect and well equipped. Loved being on the beach early watching the sunrise every day. Such a great area and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We love this place

This is our second time staying, very family and pet friendly. Amazing view and only steps to the beach. They have everything you would need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, nets, towels, and kids toys), fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to our next stay.

Seclusion and serenity combined

Awesome place with so much privacy and beauty. The place was perfect- loved the deck overlooking the ocean, the patio with the view of the pool, and the sun room off of the master bedroom. It was absolutely wonderful to look at the ocean waves to your front and the calm river to your left- perfect combination for peace and relaxation. Our family will definitely be back!

Location is everything!

Perfect spot RIGHT on the beach! It was such a great location. Lots of space, nice layout. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Be prepared

The condo was very clean and is in a great location. When they say shampoos, salt/pepper, extra towels, extra toilet paper, extra paper towel, anything else they have on that list of items not provided…they mean it. Take whatever you think you will need.

Great place

We did have a good time and may go back, only draw back was constantly being watched by resident waiting for us to break the rules and advise of . Place has a good layout everything worked was clean, normal beach bugs outside and a couple in, fast internet and smart tv's, nice quite place with lots of stairs. We like this area a lot and visit quite often. Go for it.

Amazing get away

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved the place. Steps to the beach, condo had everything we needed (beach chairs and toys for our little one). We can’t wait to come back.

Stay for the location!

The location of this townhouse cannot be beat - directly onto a great stretch of beach, mostly blocked from public use and so much space. The townhouse itself is fine, a few critter / bug problems while we were there and we did not feel like the bathrooms were appropriately stocked for our stay (half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backup, one tiny bar of soap, etc.). The biggest complaint is the upstairs / surrounding neighbors were incredibly loud - stomping around and slamming doors at all hours.

Property 9 is filthy

We have stayed at this property 4 times but never the #9. It was disgusting and run down. Towels were stiff with wrinkles- as if someone used them and just folded back up. Unit has terrible smell and filthy carpet. Rusty garbage cans, black molding shower. Large roaches. What more do I say. Old appliances, doors of beach is gorgeous. Only reason webathroom cabinets falling off hinges and peeling.

We really loved our stay here! The house was very nice and spacious and well stocked. And we've never been closer to the beach! We definitely plan to go back.

Amazing Find

We loved this location! Beautiful, quiet beach with soft sand and tidal pools. We enjoyed having lunch on the patio midday without having to pack up all the beach gear. Super dog friendly! We will definitely be coming back.

There is no other destination in the US where you can stay at the end of a natural inlet on the Atlantic Ocean and a River. Every day is amazing!

Great view!

Nice, spacious townhouse with amazing views. Outdoor furniture great for meals while watching the waves. The kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable king beds and shower water pressure was great. There are stairs up to the townhome plus it is then split level once inside. You do hear the traffic and a bit away from St. Augustine. But beautiful views, peaceful locked location with direct beach access, and just a short drive to explore St. Augustine.

Fantastic Beach Stay

We have been going to this particular beach for years, every time we visit St Augustine, and we've always wanted to stay right there. When I found these condos, I knew we had to stay, and we were definitely not disappointed! Even though it was just the 2 of us, we loved it, and we will come back for sure with our daughter, or even with another couple, because there's so much space. They have thought of everything, and we had a wonderful relaxing time. The beach right in front is quiet and secluded, and it is the most unique and interesting beach we've been to, with the tide pools and sandbars. The location is absolutely perfect, and the condo is directly on the beach. If you don't like stairs, I will say, this is not the place for you, but we got used to and enjoyed the three levels and the ease of getting to the beach. We, especially my husband, are VERY particular about beds and sheets, and both were VERY comfortable! The only two things I would suggest, and I mean the ONLY two things:1-Put a tiny piece of velcro on the dryer door and the wall so it sticks to the wall when clothes are being loaded or unloaded (I kept getting hit in the head...), and 2-In the master bedroom downstairs, put a loveseat or bench right in front of the bed for sitting and seeing the tv or sitting on while getting ready. Yes, that's IT as far as suggestions! That's ALL I could come up with because the place is so perfect!! Shhh...don't tell anyone- keep it a secret!! We will definitely be back!!
