Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la autopista interestatal I-17 y de la autopista 101, cerca de muchas tiendas, eventos de entrenamiento de primavera, atracciones populares, populares rutas de senderismo y paseos a caballo. 15 minutos de Lake Pleasant. Quiet Neighborhood

Good size house ! Backyard was a little smaller than excepted. Loved the shaded patio. It was the first week of 100 degree weather. Definitely should have paid to heat the pool tho, it got to 75 but the difference in temperature from outside to pool made the pool to cold for me to enjoy. House had everything we could need or think of. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were great. The master bedroom on the main floor could use a closet and the extra room above is great for the extra guests but no closet or separate door. Plenty of space for us all tho ! My daughter and nephew loved the desks for homework space. My daughter also enjoyed the treadmill, as she is currently training for her track meets.

Perfect for our trip

This location was perfect for our recent trip. It was north of Phoenix but good for where we need to be. It was spacious with TVs in most rooms. It would be good for more than one family. The owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the pool.

Beautiful home!

This home was beautiful and in a great location. Just a heads up two of the queen beds are directly over the master bedroom and basically share the room since they would walk downstairs in the master bedroom. Overall great experience the house was spotless and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard!

Family fun!

This was a great place for our family! There were 10 of us, my husband and I, our kids and grandkids. We had lots of room for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids! We opted not to pay the extra to have the pool heated, but they didn't care. They loved it!! The lemon and orange tree in the backyard was a nice plus. The neighborhood was very nice and the park down the street was so fun for the kids. Paul was very responsive and caring. Next time we are in Arizona we would definitely stay again!

Nice home in neighborhood

My family and I had a lovely stay at this suburban home. It was a very quiet neighborhood. There’s a park nearby that we frequented. I’d strongly suggest this location.

Family Spring Break

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for all 7 of us to have our own space. We all enjoyed the pool, especially my grandkids 5 and 10 years old. The owner was extremely easy to work with and get ahold of when we needed him. Would definitely recommend this home. Thanks for everything Paul.

February stay

We stayed the month of February in the AZ funhouse. Our group included 6 people. (Note that the cost listed for this house is for a base of 4 guests, and we paid an extra guest fee of $400+ to to have 6 guests in the house to cover water/extra wear and tear). The house is spacious, as it appears in the photos. The pool is lovely (note that heating the pool is $20/day additional cost). We were satisfied with the experience but can’t give five stars as the house is in need of a deep clean and some repair and maintenance. That was disappointing. However, we were allowed to bring our small dog to the house, the sun was constant, and grandpa was allowed to smoke on the patio. That factors into our favorable review. Paul is kind and helpful, which was much appreciated. Bonus for us was the Deem Hill nature reserve just down the street. We took many morning hikes thru the park and found it to be our favorite of many in the area.

Great home close to everything

Really enjoyed staying at this house for a month - it's very big (can easily accommodate two families), located on a quiet street far away from traffic or other noise. Loved the pool - great size, very clean and located in a shaded backyard - which is perfect. It has everything one would need for a short or extended stay, but if something is still needed - then it's within minutes of literally all major stores. Paul is a great host - very helpful and responsive to all our needs and questions - which made our stay as pleasant as it could be. Thank yo SO much!

Convenient and spacious property

This home has very easy access to all Phoenix has to offer. It is in a very quiet little neighborhood that is very close to some hiking trails that we loved, but on highway access so convenient. We had quite a few friends to drop in on, and this was a great home base. Thank you!

Great house but disappointed about the pool heater not working.

The house was a great size for our 4 families to stay. We had lots of room with beds and living area. There was lots of dog poop in the backyard that we had to clean so the kids didn’t step in it. The orange and lemon trees were great to make fresh juice while we stayed. Paul was very good to deal with he was quick to respond to our questions and needs with the pool but unfortunately the heater couldn’t be fixed so we didn’t get to use it. There was some wear and tear with the stools in the kitchen and some of the furniture but very minor. The lighting in the house was quite dark it would be great having some more lamps or different fixtures. The house was easy to keep clean for our stay we enjoyed it!

Amazing Stay

My family (3 adults/1teenager) relocated from Ohio to Arizona. We couldn't find a place to stay with our pup. Paul was willing to take us in and stay for 14 nights. Every call we made to paul was responded to immediately. The neighbors wanted to speak with him, I provided him with their contact information , and he reached out the same day. Paul, thank you to you and your family for accepting my family!!

Great house for large family

The house was great. The tree by the pool constantly shed it's yellow buds so we were constantly skimming it. I think it was just the time of year, but that tree is horrible by the pool. The house was spacious and a great floor plan. A blender in the kitchen would have been nice just for future guest.

Amazing Family House!

We had 12 people (8 adults and 4 kids) staying together in the house and never felt crowded or in each others way. The master bedroom/bathroom are GORGEOUS, everything was very cleaned and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and helpful. House is close to shopping and not too far from the airport. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you!

Big group Spring break getaway!

Great house - great location! Where to start... The master was perfect for my daughter and her family. The loft above their room had bunk beds for the grandkids. What a great set up for their family and quiet mornings for the rest of us. A very open kitchen / living room set up made it easy for us to all visit! After having a long hard winter in Wisconsin, the pool and patio were great to have for some quality outdoor time! The “pool guy” was over during the week to make sure everything was in order (which it was). The lemon tree was also a big hit. Filled our bottles everyday before hiking with fresh lemon water. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very convenient location. We went downtown a couple evenings and over to Glendale a few times as well. 20-25 minute drive was all we had. Paul is quick to respond to our questions and great to work with. He made sure we had a nice stay. Thank you Paul! The one thing I would like to see improved, and it’s minor, would be to have sharp knives in the kitchen. We did cook half our meals at the house and couldn’t find a sharp knife. Paul, hopefully you can make this easy fix happen. Otherwise, if you’re looking for a nice house for a large group in a great location, this is the place you want to stay at. Shopping and restaurants are close by as well. Again, thank you Paul for helping us all have a wonderful vacation! Looking forward to staying at this house again!! Ed A and family

Great House for Large Family Vacation

House was beautiful and very comfortable for 10. We chose to have pool heated and used it daily! Kitchen had all that we needed. We enjoy our stay! We will recommend this house to friends and family.

It's very roomy and very comfortable for a large group. The property is centrally located to many attractions in the valley. If it's spring training, PGA tour, Car shows, Horse Shows and many other events. We're close to it all.

Our most common feedback is the home is very roomy, fully supplied, well designed and best of all very comfortable. Centrally located in the valley you are closer to Flagstaff/Sedona/Grand Canyon while less than 30 mins to the popular areas in the valley including downtown & Scottsdale
