Balcony very nice. 8 chairs and a table and an awesome view. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Ice maker was broke 1st day but it was fixed the 2nd day. I would stay here again.

The fridge did not keep anything cold. The ice maker didn’t work. No extra linens for the pullout couch. Overall one of my worst stays at Phoenix, would not book again.

The overall pheonix is great. This specific room is not good at all. The refrigerator did not work. The ice maker did not work. The middle bedroom tv and plugs did not work. The air struggled during the day. The living room was smaller than pictures appear. The jets do not work in the jacuzzi. The garbage can lid was broke, and the room just wasn’t that clean.

Unit was not clean, no bed skirt, all box springs showing and falling apart, trash can broken, head board broken off spare room bed, TV not functioning in spare room even after maintenance came. Dirty dishes in cabinet. My children’s feet were black after walking around barefoot in the unit. Used Kleenex behind bedside table and used eye contact trash in window seal, windows dirty.

It was a nice enough older property (decor says 90s?) but there was quite a bit of maintenance that should have been done before renting it out. The fridge leaked water, the ice machine didn't work, there were plumbing holes cut it the walls of multiple rooms, one of the TVs didn't work (sound with no picture), the mattresses were all well past any remaining support or comfort level. The overall demeanor and condescending nature of the front desk staff upon check-in told me there was no use in reporting any of this. The issues were obviously not new and would have been fixed if there was any intention of doing so. For a quick trip to the beach it was fine for the price and the location was perfect for our needs so it's not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of our trip and we still had a good time at Orange Beach and visiting the surrounding area.

We really like the location and the condominium Resort. The only bad thing I would say is that they need to update their living room furniture and do some painting on the inside but other than that very nice place.

Enjoyed our stay. The big balcony was the highlight. Loved watching the boats go in and out. The condo was very spacious. Will definitely book again.
