Great Get Away Almost!

The property is very nice but parking is tight. There was no mention that we as a guest could not have a guest come to our unit to visit for a few hours. We had to go pick them up when the gate attendant refused to let them in. Our gate pass rarely worked and was a pain as we were told by one guard to come get a new pass the next time we were out and when we went to get a new pass they told us just to use the call button every time we needed to get in the gate. The walk to the beach is a little bit of a walk especially if you are carrying anything a little bit heavy. Our last day there, we came back from the beach and were overwhelmed by paint fumes in our unit. Apparently, they painted the unit next to ours but it smelled like our unit had just been painted as well. I would probably try this area again even though everything was not perfect!

Great complex, nice stay

We enjoyed our trip. The location and complex were beautiful and we had a good experience with 360 Blue. It’s not the most stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a rental but it worked well enough for our group.

End of summer family vacation!

There were 6 of us, 4 college age girls, our daughter and her three best friends taking one last trip before sophomore year of college. We had a wonderful time and the property was wonderful for us. Very close to the beach and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. A definite spot to return to in the future.

Beautiful Views

My family had an amazing experience at this condo. You can see the sun rise and the sun set without even leaving the back patio. We used the pool grills almost every night. We used the pool fireplace twice which was magical. The walk to the beach is flat and simple with stunning views of the dunes and water. There are two pools available to swim in equally close to the condo which was fun for the kids. The daily included beach chairs was a big plus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Best spot we have stayed in and we have been coming to 30 A for 20+ years, 2-3 times a year!!

Perfect Location!

Beautiful views and perfect location! Short walk to the beach and pools. The beach was quiet and not crowded. We loved the short walk/bike ride to the Hub for food. Be aware that there are very little supplies compared to places we have stayed before. I wish I had brought some from home as we had to go out to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex....Only other negative was there were no rugs in this rental therefore you could feel all the sand that got tracked in. We loved the location so much we will be booking in Watersound again!

We Got Engaged!!

This was the absolute perfect stay. The condo was incredibly clean and had everything you'd need for a week long trip. The view was also incredible from the condo; it was just what we needed. To top off a stunning stay, we got engaged on the boardwalk to the beach, which was incredibly memorable!! I would absolutely rent this condo again without thinking twice. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful views from this townhome. We highly enjoyed the deck off main level for coffee and cocktails in the evening. Having boardwalk access at ground level off Master Suite was also very nice! Beautiful time of year even if it rained quite a bit to enjoy the beach!

Fall Break October 2019

This was the first time our family had been to the 30-A area and the first time we had stayed in a condo (we usually stay in a house when on vacation). We don’t like big crowds on the beach and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to deal with beach crowds; of course we were there in October. The property was very nice and had plenty of room for all 6 guests that were in our party. I will say the kitchen is very small and not adequately equipped to cook a full meal. We also did not have access to the garage and there were several doors in the house that were locked. That being said, the view from the living room and deck upstairs is beautiful and the beach access is more than convenient. Access to the Beach Club came with the rental which was a huge perk. If you walk out the master bedroom onto the boardwalk and take a left you can walk all the way around the lake and fish off the bridge or one of the many docks. I would highly recommend visiting the WaterSound area.

What an amazing location! The views of the ocean and dunes are spectacular. With the condo only steps away from the water, it was perfect. The beach club was amazing (pools, lazy river, food/drink service, towels/chairs at the beach)!! The beach was empty and our family loved it. We made memories that will last a lifetime and hope to be back soon!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at 81 Chivas. The house is gorgeous and perfectly located. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had as much privacy as they wanted. But there were also plenty of common areas and well-equipped professional kitchen for gathering together. We made great use of the private pool and loved our short, private boardwalk to the beach. This was our third stay at this wonderful home and won't be our last. 360 Blue is an incredible company to work with. From the moment we made the reservations to when we checked out, they were responsive, polite, helpful, and good. They left us a gift bag full of t-shirts, Turkish towels, and complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. We only had one maintenance issue during the stay, and they resolved it promptly! When we called with a question about our beach set up, they were thorough in making sure our requests were accommodated and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Can't recommend 360 Blue highly enough!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. We loved it! The views are absolutely breathtaking! It is so nice to be able to walk out the door from the lower level onto the beach with that beautiful powder white sand! Awesome! The beds were so comfortable, the decor is upscale and perfect for the beach. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The pool and beach club are just beautiful! Drinks at sunset on the upper deck were delicious! The location is great with lots of privacy, but convenient to restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. Perfect beach vacation!

Overall very good experience. We loved the proximity to the beach! The only cons were issues with the cleanliness of the master shower and the oven seemed to cook too quickly, leaving multiple items completely burnt. At first this was thought to be user error, but we attempted to use oven again the next day, set on a lower temperature, cooking setting, and on the middle rack, with the same result after mere minutes. Our vacation was otherwise perfect and we definitely be staying with you again.
