What a wonderful place to stay on the beach. Private beach with easy quick access to chairs and umbrella! Great Restaurants nearby! I would highly recommend spending your next vacation here.

Perfect location; beautiful condo!

We had a great stay at Whipering Sands. The location is absolute perfetion - you're literally steps from the beach. The patio furniture was dated but the condo was recently updated and beautiful. We had a truly wonderful time and would love to return in the future.

Great condo. Loved the decor!

There are two king bedrooms. One has a large bath and huge closet attached. The other shares a bathroom with the bunk room, which is perfect for parents and children.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was too crowded. People were sitting in front of our umbrella. The public beach is taking over your so called private beach. The price of the condo is too expensive for it to be that crowded.

Literally a step from the beach!

Amazing unit! Was VERY clean, updated very nicely. Smart TVs, good wifi, strong water pressure and just steps from the Beach. We could sit on the porch and watch the kids play in the sand. This is the only way to do a beach vacation in my opinion!

Only two little things.

The only problem I had was the way I was to check in. I was travelling from 2-1/2 hours away and was not given the information to check in until I was almost there--on the day of! Usually, earlier in the week of check-in at other places on 30-A, I'm given all the information. And, the porch furniture was not comfortable, as shown in some other pictures.

SOOOO CLOSE TO THE WATER

The best thing about this condo is it’s proximity to the beach. It is on the first floor level, and with a quick walk down a set of stairs, you are ready to sit in your beach chair. The furnishings are modern and very tasteful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a good meal. The outdoor patio is small but was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunset. Cons: The parking situation is a little uncertain because there are no reserved spots. There is a privacy concern because the neighbors are very close and can look over or down into your patio. Also the rental rate was rather pricey for the off-season when we were there.

Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at #103 Whispering Sands. The location is perfect, the amenities were good. Plenty of dishes, flatware and other “necessities”. The privacy of the patio area was a plus! Will definitely rent this location again.

Newly renovated inside, but...

The condo is nice and newly renovated inside, and we enjoyed our week long vacation except....we had a very loud person above us who made it impossible to sleep in or go to bed early, the outside of the condo is quite aged and needs repair in most areas, Our screen door wouldn’t close, the steps to the beach are in need of repair. Also the day we arrived someone placed all their busted garbage bags full of bottles and chicken wings at our door, and the air conditioner is so loud inside the house and runs constantly.

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo right on the water

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family get away. It's literally right on the beach front and an amazing view to wake up to. We spent mornings enjoying coffee on the balcony and evenings listening to the waves. So amazing!!

Beautiful Condo, beautiful beach

Thank you for saving our spring break! What a beautiful condo! We enjoyed being on the ground floor very much, just a few steps and we were on the beautiful uncrowded beach. The condo was so clean and well decorated. It was a very relaxing week! We avoided the spring break crowds by ordering many meals from Stinky's Fish Camp and eating on the great patio. Can't beat that view!
