Bienvenido a Residences by Pinnacle R202. Nuestro hermoso condominio nuevo está convenientemente ubicado en el corazón del casco antiguo de Puerto Vallarta, con vista a la Zona Romántica con excelentes vistas de la ciudad, la bahía y las montañas. Está situado justo encima de la calle Olas Altas, y está a solo unos minutos de la playa de Los Muertos, muchos restaurantes, bares, galerías de arte, boutiques y discotecas. Situado en 220 Púlpito, puede pasear por la calle y tomar el Funicular hasta Olas Altas y estar en el corazón de todo.

Nuestra unidad: 2 habitaciones lujosas (una con cama king size y la otra con cama queen size). 2 baños completos. Amplio salón y balcón. Cocina moderna totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, estufa y horno a gas, microondas, lavavajillas, refrigerador grande con máquina de hielo, ollas y sartenes, cafetera, licuadora y horno tostador. Lavadora secadora. Gran terraza al aire libre con barbacoa, vistas a la Bahía de Banderas y al casco antiguo, y un hermoso árbol tropical. Armarios, mucho espacio de almacenamiento, caja fuerte de seguridad. Ventiladores de techo y A / C en cada habitación. TELEVISIÓN. Wifi gratuito tanto en el apartamento como en la piscina de la azotea. Estacionamiento. Gerente de propiedad profesional.

El edificio: de nueva construcción. A dos cuadras de la playa y de todos los excelentes restaurantes. Gimnasio totalmente equipado en el sitio. Fabulosa piscina infinita en la azotea con bar en la piscina y vistas de 360 grados de la Bahía de Banderas, las montañas y el casco antiguo de Puerto Vallarta. El edificio también cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas.

Aeropuerto: el Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Vallarta (Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz [Código: PVR]) está bien conectado con los principales centros de aeropuertos de América del Norte, tanto en los Estados Unidos como en Canadá. 11. 4 km (7 millas) 27 minutos a la unidad.

We’ve stayed at several properties in PV over the years, and this one was everyone’s favorite. Usually, pictures for online properties exaggerate the size and opulence of a place, but in this case, the property was better than expected. Easy to get everywhere, with lots of amenities.

Great location; gorgeous rooftop pool and bar with 360 view of ocean and PV. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Condo has wonderful open aire newer kitchen. Altho the condo is not huge it is set up very functionally. Would rent this unit again.

All Around Outstanding.

Our stay started out with a warm welcome and thorough property description by the owner. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The rooftop pool and bar is beautiful and has great views on the city and bay. The happy hour at the pool is also a nice amenity. It’s easily walkable to everywhere in Zona Romantica with numerous restaurants. The only drawback to this location would be if you are mobility-impaired because of the many stairs in this hilly south part of PV. Otherwise, we highly recommend it and will stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Vallerta.

Amazing!

We had the best time! Location is amazing with so many great restaurants within walking distance and the best cafe next door where we got coffee each morning. You can also order food from the cafe at the pool. The rooftop pool is just amazing and we spent a lot of time there as the beaches were extremely crowded when we were there (between Christmas and New Year). The bar service at the rooftop pool was amazing too….very friendly and attentive staff plus a happy hour each day from 4-7pm with some half price drinks. Condo itself was nice, clean and just enough room for our family of four. Spent time in the morning and evening on the spacious balcony. Nice kitchen space with full size appliances so plenty of room to cook and have groceries if that’s what you want to do…we just didn’t. Check in was easy! Convenience store and a pharmacy right around the corner which was handy to easily stock up on water and sunscreen. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Perfect Get Away

This was an absolutely perfect getaway. The rooftop pool and bar is amazing. The condo was perfect for friends. Just enough privacy, and great common space. There is a new building that impacts the view, but you still see ocean. The porch and kitchen are top notch. Staff is excellent. Bring comfortable shoes. PV is not the place for cute shoes!

We loved our stay. The balcony was very nice and close to many restaurants. The sheets on the king bed were pretty bad. Every morning the fitted sheet came loose, the elastic was gone so it was a mess each day. Would have been nice to have some bottled waters in the condo for us as we arrived.

Great time away

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this property. Our hosts were delightful and very helpful throughout our stay. The place was beautiful and located in the center of Zone Romantica and Old Town. I would highly recommend and would be willing to return for another vacation.

Will come again!

We spent a week here with our college age kids and have all had a fantastic time, loving both Puerto Vallarta and the apartment itself. The location is excellent......a short walk to the beach and restaurants but away from the noise of the bars and traffic. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The rooftop pool and swim up bar are wonderful......relaxing and with stunning views. This was our first trip to PV but we will be back.....the beach and sea are fun and there is plenty to see and do in the area. The options for eating out....whether on the beach, the Malecón or the Zona Romantique are also amazing....there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Vallarta Adventures for an activity trip.....we did their Outdoor Adventure which was a great day out and good value for money. The owners of this property were very easy to work with and the whole process from booking to arrival etc was flawless. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Great place, quiet location, close to everything in the romantic zone

This apartment is a quiet retreat near a busy area of PV. It’s the perfect location within the building so that you don’t hear a lot of outside noise. And the funicular a block away means that you don’t have to have that leg workout to get to the building unless you want one. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach, to the cafes at Olas Altas, or the places along Basilio Badillo (check out Yoga Vallarta on BB, Alma’s a delight).

We loved our stay at this condo, the location was perfect, the condo is very comfortable with an adorable balcony and a good view of PV, just above the tree tops. There are construction sites everywhere in town so daytime noise level with the balcony doors opened is average for Puerto Vallarta, and it is part of the charm, the condo is quiet at night, specially in the bedrooms. The building has a beautiful roof top pool with a full awesome bar and very attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

George fell in love with Mexico when at age 18 he rode his motorcycle from Vancouver, BC to Mazatlan. Subsequently he often dreamed of being a retired writer in the sun. After journeying throughout Mexico, George and Charity chose Puerto Vallarta for their dream home in the sun. We waited to rent our place until we found someone we knew would take care of our guests. That would be Gus, a completely bilingual property manager who we love and are comfortable that he will take care of all your needs. Now we are ready to share our condo with you.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Puerto Vallarta, a small city on beautiful Banderas Bay, has the best weather in all of Mexico between the months of October to May. The temperature at night drops down to 65 to 68 F (18 to 20 C), making for comfortable sleeping, while the daytime temperature warms up to approximately 80 F (27 C). Puerto Vallarta is the perfect balance between a Mexican town and a tourist destination. It offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops; while mariachi bands and the Mexican culture are never far away. There are also good hiking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, mountain biking, zip lining, and other water sports and outdoor activities in the area. And the Mexican bus system will take you anywhere you want to go for about $0.50. A one-day trip to some other little towns by long distance bus is also desirable. Our beautiful condo, minutes away from the beach, offers the best location for whatever activities you wish to pursue.

Happy hour, a time to get together with old friends and meet new ones, is one of my favourite things to do in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and bar at our condo, with its great 360 views, great bar staff, and half price drinks is one of the best happy hour destinations. Another favorite of mine on the beach is Hotel Los Archos restaurant, a place for spending time with friends in Puerto Vallarta and watching the sunset (happy hour 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm). All the many choice happy hour places are less than a ten minute walk from the condo. Almost every place you will want to go is within walking distance, and you will love walking around Puerto Vallarta.
