Wonderful Townhouse

Wonderful townhouse in quiet community. Close to downtown Charlevoix, restaurants and Belvedere Golf Club. Owner is easy to communicate with, always assessable and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to Charlevoix!

Venetian Week accommodations

All great except the twin beds. They would be fine for kids, but for adults, not so. They sqeeked with every movement - didn’t feel sturdy or comfortable. It was a long week, we gave our guests the queen.

We love Mike’s Pad!

My two adult daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Mike’s Cozy Pad! When we entered the condo it was immaculate! As time went on we were amazed at how Mike had thought of everything! We loved the location. We were able walk to ferry beach on Lake Charlevoix. We swam and watch the launch of more than 10 sailboats. We were able to take a short drive to Lake Michigan Beach and avoid the crowds in town. We are planning our trip back to Mike’s Pad in Charlevoix!! Thank you, Mike!

Great fall trip

Great condo in a beautiful city. Perfect hub for trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island. Enjoyed the area and the great restaurants and shopping close by with beautiful lake views near by.

October stay in Charlevoix

This location worked well for us as the unit had great proximity to town and all amenities in stock. The only thing that didnt cooperate for us was the weather HA (on Sat) as we were not able to bike the famous LTR but we were still able to visit various places and shops in and around town and enjoy ourselves, and also able to bike Mackinac on Sunday. Hope to visit again in future. Jeff and Karyn

I’ve never been to northern MI before and the condo was a great base for exploration. It takes just a few minutes to get to downtown Charlevoix. We had no problems or issues at all. It was a very easy place to stay. I’d stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable and great location

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed a week at Michael’s condo in Charlevoix. Ideally located only minutes from beautiful downtown Charlevoix and several great beaches on Lake Michigan, this 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor condo provided a perfect hub for us. There is a park and beach on Round Lake across the street, canoe the Jordan River 20 minute south and great restaurants everywhere. We didn’t really need anything, but Michael was easily accessible. We loved staying and would highly recommend. Jim & Kelli

The condo is very well maintained and was extremely clean when we arrived. The complex is very nice also, and the location is convenient to downtown Charlevoix, a great little town. The steep stairway to the 2nd floor location might be difficult for elderly guests, but I would certainly consider staying there again if I was back in the area.

Paper thin walls

Owners did not disclose upper unit, did not disclose thin walls until after booked .. This place is not conducive for families with young kids or people who want to enjoy quite stay, as you could hear everything from other units..

We had a nice 41st Anniversary stay at this condo. Everything was as stated. Owner replied quickly every time we had a question. It was very easy to find and very clean. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Nice touch. Thank you for the recommendation of Scovies restaurant. It was so good and the people were so nice, we ate there twice. 😉 We would recommend trying this lovely place for your next stay in the area!! Thanks for the memories!!

In town for a wedding at The Castle

I spent summers in Northern Michigan near Crystal Lake in Frankfort with day trips to Charlevoix. My parents (Sue and Jim) live here in retirement and help us with guests and property maintenance.
We love the cool summer weather and beautiful autumn scenery. Every year we spend up to two weeks at our cozy pad to enjoy the Lake Michigan scene before back-to-school time. It's very peaceful and the fresh air is amazing for us big city folk!

This updated and cozy pad is just a 10-minute walk to Ferry Beach and a 10-minute bike ride to downtown Charlevoix. The Back Lot food truck and beer garden experience is just next door and is a true summer hot spot.
We're conveniently located between downtown and Castle Farms, and just a 10-minute drive to the Landing in Ironton. We love the peace and quiet during Charlevoix's high season when downtown gets BUSY...
You can explore Northern Michigan, including Petoskey, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore, Boyne Mtn/Highlands, and Mackinaw Island. All of these great destinations are within easy reach of our cozy pad!
