So this location is amazing and the ocean it’s beautiful, clean and calm. The prices are very expensive in Punta de Mita so we chose this property to explore. However, be aware the studio was very small and stuffy which we originally booked due to the price. That was also the only space that was advertised at the time in that property. However, basically the one bed upgrade had semi poorly equipped kitchen sadly. The one bedroom had a balcony was much more comfortable than studio which we were offered to upgrade to and we did. However , the property manager asked for that upgrade to be paid in cash. Be aware also that they only provide one roll of toilet paper which this led to more Uber just so we could wipe our bottoms. We were also asked for a deposit which the manager of the property stated was reported on the listing. However, we didnt see that kind of communication regarding the property before we checked in. That really put bad vibes on our trip. We had to Uber into town several times just to get more cash one to upgrade the room and two to provide the deposit. It’s a very isolated community, which makes it beautiful, but if there was ample refrigeration and freezer to provide for your stay, that might be helpful. The manager and his family live on the property and seemed to have the prime location right in front of the pool, which gives you an uncomfortable feeling for privacy like you’re swimming in someone else’s pool.
